and the sunshine continues in sonoma valley. we have a lot of beautiful views around that area and we're going into the upper 60s for the next several days for those high temperatures. and our morning starts out in the lower 40s. you got to get to work this morning. here's a look at the san mateo bridge. we're seeing a smooth flow this morning. we're hoping that the friday light commute continues and so far it's been fairly quiet with a lot of green sensors around the bay area as we -- if anything is starting to slow. some of the longer commutes coming through the delta. we're seeing a couple of spots slowing down. there was one accident coming into livermore and that has slowed down things on 580. and we're also starting to see it slowing down coming through pleasanton, that cut through is slowing down a little bit. a closer look at the bridges. here are a couple of spots where people brake just a little bit. but overall you have a good drive across either the dun barton or the san mateo bridge. >> thanks so much. >>> a sea of

bay, 79 here in sonoma. 77 -- 72 down there in mill valley. it is going to continue in the forecast. we will see a little bit of a dip going down to 78 on sunday. it is still beautiful. will get back into the low 80s in next week's forecast. the only thing you're going to have to worry about is going to be the pollen but i wanted to make sure you see this. oak pine, cedar, mulberry are the high categories. deal with your allergies and then you are going to have a lot of great weather to deal with outside. check it out, san francisco up to 59 on saturday. the forecast will continue to look excellent across the inland valley. this is some fantastic weather. we talked about it earlier. but, i am ready for shorts and bathing suits, flip-flops. the whole deal. >> you said you went and bought new shorts. >> i got several pairs at the outlets. i got a great deal. it was raining when i went shopping. everything was on sale. >> maybe you can wear them next week. the jacket in the shorts. >> i like that idea. >> thank you for making a smile. >>> happeni

maybe you are heading up to one country, we have 81 in sonoma, 80 in santa rosa, 80 in mill valley. so, dry all weekend long, and by next week our storm system will drop down and hang out for the entire week. not only colder temperatures in the 60s, but a chance of rain, even some sierra snow. let's see what we are seeing about the rain chances, monday through next week, nothing big, but we will see a test to a half inch of rainfall. then, by next friday night and saturday we could see a quarter to an half inch. quarter weekly totals of 3/10 to 1 inch. so, a sharp turn from what we have seen this week, and sierra snow, look at this. looking at a foot there for some of the highest elevations next week. seven-day forecast, the other thing i want you to see is wind monday, 20-3 miles per hour, and then those rain chances, monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday. and then once again be ready for some on and off rain chances. i know everybody is going to enjoy saturday. because monday it is in the 60s. >> happy friday. >> we are going to the weekend. >> yeah. >>> up next, a histo
