a view here over san francisco. a pretty, landscape on over areas, i should say, of san francisco. here's a look at storm tracker two, where the scattered showers you can see off the coastline skirting the coast. here, a few pop up showers over our hills, and you may notice a little bit of rain. snow mix in our hills as levels are still low all the way down to about auburn. along i-80, we're seeing some of that rain snow mix, shade of pink, and the travel advisory continues until 11:00 this evening. a winter weather advisory for i-80 as well as highway 50. so slick roadways, hazardous conditions will remain in place for today. if you're traveling in that direction. meanwhile, for us here at home, futurecast model paints a nice picture on what we can expect a mix the sun and clouds. we will have a few showers into the afternoon. this is just a model is showing right over the east bay. it could shift, could be right over the peninsula. could be a little farther inland. but the takeaway here is we will remain unsettled for today. and chilly temperatures are on the cool side. and i'll

the city of san francisco. above this deck of fog, we do have some high, thin clouds, roughly about 20,000ft associated with this. it's a weak trough, and all it's going to do is toss some high, thin cirrus clouds into our forecast. this area of low pressure out there is not going to affect us. 22 mile per hour wind gusts right now in throughout that san bruno gap. but around the peninsula we have slider winds and mountain view. otherwise a winds pretty much 10 to 15mph out of the southwest tonight. now currently our temperatures. very nice to go out and walk your dog. 65, in santa rosa. these temperatures are down however up to ten degrees in napa and in oakland compared to just 24 hours ago. so still under the influence of high pressure. but that weak trough is hanging in there. bringing us a fog will even wake up to some morning condensation in the form of some drizzle from that fog bank. but steady temperatures will ride out through the weekend. tonight, overnight into the 40s and 50. very comfortable sleep
