so san rafael, san francisco, oakland, san jose. down we go. a good ten, 12 degrees for some, especially inland. cold april system rainfall quarter of an inch to three quarters. thunderstorms with hail. rainbow weather probably on friday. funnel clouds, maybe out to the valley. this is a cold dynamic system for this time of year. there's no heat, but just the cold air alone and any sun breaks would generate some pretty good lapse rates. possible record low or cool high temps tomorrow and maybe low snow levels by the time we get to late thursday into friday. i would think it would favor santa cruz mountains south, but we'll mention it tomorrow. high temps in the hills could not get over. maybe not get over upper 40s, 48 to 54. so record cool high temps. the breeze will pick up. doesn't look like there's no wind warning or anything like that, but there'll be some pretty good gusts kicking up here as we head. now let's see if this works or not. i just put this together. i never have time to double check, but there's your highs tomorrow afternoon.
