and there is a review of boeing that is part of a broader review. we'll explain that in just a little bit. remember, we're over two months now since we had that incident, which the ntsb has already filed an initial conclusion of, saying that there were four bolts not in the door plug when it was ripped off mid-air. those plugs were not put in as part of the manufacturing process at boeing. by the way, the ntsb probe is not finalized. that continues. in fact; they have been critical of boeing in terms of being slow to provide certain information. as for alaska airlines, we reached out to the airline and it says in an event like this, it's normal for the doj to be conducting an investigation. we're fully cooperating and do not believe we are the target of the investigation. the target is widely believed to be boeing and it ties back into the 737 max crash investigation by the doj in 2019/'20 and '21. they settled that in 2021 at a cost of $2.5 billion. part of the agreement in that settlement was to avoid any criminal charges over the next three years
