it's san francisco is such a magical place. and when i'm walking around, i'm going to events in my mind. i'm thinking why isn't this the event that shared more than anything else? i share a lot of these various events on my social media page. and so part of what we have to look at is how do we make sure we market san francisco appropriately so people see what we see in our city every day and not just a moment in time and take that and run with it. some of what people are seeing for the people who live here. there's just a controllers report that came out. it was a survey of policing and public safety was the lowest grade that the city has ever received since 1996 people gave it a c plus. so how do you improve the perception of the city for the people who live here? yeah, definitely part of that is some of the programs were doing, for example, are retired police officers who were working as ambassadors, west portal they've been working there for some time. i've gotten so much wonderful feedback highs in the years on the street,
