we're halfway through the weather. what are we going on expect. >> it's chilly out there, don't get me wrong. we do have parts advisories. we'll take a look the temperatures coming up, but a live look right now, it is a clear and chilly start along the parkway. look at off the numbers. it is 29-degrees. the poconos this morning. allentown down to 33, 34 in pottstown, 37 in millville. mid 40s right now in philadelphia. 40-degrees in atlantic city. we'll zoom in a little farther to the north and west. coatsville, 33, 35 this morning down incorporate ton. freezing 32 in doylestown and 36 in phoenixville. here is a look at where we have the frost advisories until 9:00 a.m., parts of south jersey, the pine barrens watching for temperatures in the 30s. also north and west you can see temperatures are already in the 30s there this morning. so weather by the numbers.

see you here back and early tomorrow morning. > we did have breaking news right now, comes from northeast philadelphia. there's a father so shaken because a car slammed into a bedroom where his children, two of them were sleeping. now those kids are recovering in the hospital and our own sabina kuriakose is live where this happen. some scary moments for the family. let's take it right to the scene here. this window on the first floor of this apartment here. you can still see the damage here. some bricks are missing. the window is caved in. a 9 year old girl and an 11 year old boy were sleeping in beds in that room when this car came crashing through. let's take a look at video that we got for you after all of this happen. we spoke with the family who lives here. they tell us that the two kids were hurt. the father says it's miracle his

kids were going to be okay. when he walked into the bedroom he could not believe what he was seeing. it happened just after 3:30 this morning. a red suv lost control and crashed in through the window of this first floor apartment. again, we spoke with the father. he didn't want to show us his face because he's still shaken up. but here's how he described what he saw this morning. my wife, my two kids, a boy and a girl and i heard this huge bang and looked up at my kids to check them and there was a car in the window. in, you know, the window landed on my son. a lot of blood, bricks every where. i didn't know if first we were getting robbed and what is haven't sure if there was a fire and then i realized a car had come through the window. > so scary. i mean i come in, you're half asleep and suddenly you see a car in your kids' window.

the driver police say so far has not been charged. authorities say speed and alcohol did not appear to be factors. back here live again, so no arrests have been made. you can see the damage. the family trying to figure out what to do next. the kids went to torresdale, but injuries thankfully they're going to be okay. > this morning friends and family are mourn the death of two young people. both of these ten agers were tragedy killed in a car crash. it all happened early yesterday morning. they were trying to get to the hospital to visit a loved one. it happened right here on the roosevelt boulevard at front street. 9 year old osmund zin love and maggie were in the back set of a car driven by zin love's 18 year old. they're heading over to temple university hospital where their father had been taken because he had been assaulted by an armed robber. witnesses say the car that they were in ran two red lights and

then after the second t boned a ford explorer. maggie was a good girl my daughter has been friends with her since about 5, 6. we were just talking to her and she going to spend a week. if i needed anything, he would have been right there in mens, i mean anything. the drivers of those cars suffered just mitor injuries. charges are not expected. early this morning there was a home caught on fire. this happened in the nights town section. crews were called out to the 1500 block. it was just before 126789. 306789 it was a small house fire. they knocked it down. the good news that nobody was injured. investigators are still looking for a cause of the fire. and new questions from parents after a student dice at a local school for troubled teens. police say three staff members entered a room after a disturbance at ford worth academy.

according to the staff, the 17 year old lost consciousness and died while they were trying to subdue him. the circumstances surrounding the student's death are still very unclear. school serves students with behavioral and emotion l al challenges said in a statement they were shocked and saddened, but cannot comment on the student's death. and in this morning's morning new, you decide, there is still more trouble for donald trump. this keeps happening. two more women come forward claiming sexual misconduct. an ex model and a contestant on the apprentice. in a news conference season five contested summer doctor boas recounted an experience in which she had to turn down sexual advances and then holding back tiers as she spoke. she said trump kissed her and touched her without her consent. i was after conflicted after what had occur. i wondered if the sexual behavior was some kind of test or whether or not i had passed.

going from baltimore to isville. let's talk about it. nice to see you. how does this happen? we're talking about mill-plus phones, a huge company. millions of phones, starting in september samsung had their first recall and now a month later, recalled again including all of the devices, re. this is a problem with the battery and part of the issue and the vagues that samsung is communicating is with the lithium ion batteries that is in each of these phones. they are in all kinds of smart phones and other devices. they are powerful, they recharge quickly but they have flammable and volatile chemicals inside and we have to be careful with how we use them. but samsung had an issue with its quality control. how does a company recover from

this? >> there are customers that are so dedicated to samsung. they're in the trying to re-create it. they're done. but as a company to try to recover, it's a huge press release issue, pr issue and they're going to have to get in front of i think demonstrating how quality control is issued. how you go behind it, have third parties review everything and sure they're save and effective. it's a huge pr issue and a potential. there's thousands that we have problems that we know of lawsuits could be big. we've seen in the us alone almost 96 cases over issues, over heating, phones that have exploded, claims of property damage as well. we saw in ken tuck think a man fell asleep his samsung galaxy phone exploded. in hawaii a woman was holding it and it exploded in his hand. samsung is going to see a ton of

issues just in the next several months alone. if i have one of these phones, what should consumers be doing retama. >> right now don't try to keep the phone. even p if you're saying only a small handful have been affected, it's not true. we don't know when this could strike your phone. turn it off, don't power it down, don't charge it, go to back to wherever you purchased the p phone. samsung has issued a general refund policy s. they're giving you credits towards your bill. just rid of your phone. that's an epic sale that you need to recall, replace them and those phones have a problem, too. >> maybe they rushed to market with the replacement devices. you don't know exactly what kind of issues they faced. hard times, but i'm sure they'll figure it out. > iphone. we have half and half at our work.

has a surveillance camera, check your cameras maybe it will have some video of the perpetrators in all a of this and make sure you send it over to police. it is 7:30. we've got more information on the bill cosby trial, a key pre-trial hearing to determine what evidence prosecutors can use in the sexual assault case has been scheduled for early november. prosecutors want to call 13 other accusers to show that cosby had a pattern of drugging and molesting women. they also want to use a deposition where he acknowledges sexual encounters with young women. cosby, of course, has pled not guilty. and police in australia have arrested two polish men they say had $145 million worth of ecstasy. this was a huge drug bust that comes after officials raided a storage area in northern sidney where they found those pills that were wrapped in aluminum. investigators say it is the largest drug hall this year. obviously the suspects are facing charges and up to life in

how did you discover that you had breast cancer? >> i really checked myself because i had two sisters before me who were diagnosed with breast cancer. i checked myself and found the lump. and so i went to my dr. and said there is something here. i have to check this out. i had another sister after me that was diagnosed. out of my mother's five daughters, four of us have had breast cancer. that's an amazing story. >> you've been a surviving 13 operation 13 years.rviving 13 one of my sister is 16 and one is maybe 12. your family is a huge success story. >> yeah, we are we're really blessed. > what is happening right now this is a disease that effects so am women. what is the latest on this? >> the latest is, the incidence in the united states has been increasing for many, many years, but leveled off a couple years ago. survival is continuing to get better and better for stages one through three. and on the horizon actually very close we have a lot of new drugs available.

they're called molecular drugs and they're what we called targeted therapy. we're really getting a much better idea of all the different dioceses that make up breast cancer and ways to treat them. i think i've read some stories about a vaccine where they've been doing some immuno therapy. >> correct. > is the treatment changing from what was the standard of care. years ago we did one thing, radiation and surgery or is it specific to the women and the disease. >> i think it's becoming much more specific. it used to be very, very simple. if you had breast cancer, this is what you had to do, surgery and whatever and then chemo. now chemo has changed. the cellular therapies and the immune no therapies are coming. right now we're using immuno therapies, so it's becoming very personalized. > what do you want women to know. >> have your annual mammogram. we have different types of breast cancers. you might not always have a lump
