hydroplaning, ponding and that will slow you down and could potentially cause quite a few problems. you will see along garden state parkway a lot of heavy rain in cape may county. we will move up to philadelphia, not too bad around here but we will get right across the river in gloucester township and see that one pocket of heavy rain. that is what happens we will get pocket of rain, it rains a whole lot in a short period of time and that is where problems start flash flooding and that is why the watch is in effect from now until 10:00 e highlighted counties there right now temperatures are on the muggy side at 65 degrees mount pocono. seventy-five in philadelphia. seventy-three in trenton. seventy-four at the shore. just about every where else is in the 07's. we have visibility problems. trenton we have fog there reduced visibility in millville and atlantic city as well. so eventually we will get some sunshine. probably by lunchtime but it will be a rough morning with rain on and off and pop up

thunderstorms just like the one we saw in cape may county. but the sun should take us to 88 degrees, wrap around moisture, stray showers but the rain is generally confined to the morning commute which, bob kelly was already challenging anyway. >> this is that morning commute we have been talking about since friday, a combination of the problem with septa and new rain isn't helping anything. here's the basics: septa regional rails operating on a modified sat take schedule when equate toss 30 minute trains, trains every 30 minutes. down load that schedule. it is a modified schedule at septa.org and be ready to go. you will expect crowded conditions, any of the stations closer to center city because once they fill up they will have to bypass the stations further down the line. so each station though, has a suggested alternate from that point into center city to use maybe in a snowstorm or situations like this on line

at septa.org you can pick your typical station and see some bus offer trolley alternates. again factor in extra time for those buses and trolleys. cynwyd line will in the why trains they will shuttle bus. if you are going to drive additional parking spots available, 1600 extra spots at the naval hospital. from there you can use broad street subway. 300 extra spots at columbus spring garden street interchange from there you can use market frankford line and they have added extra spots at frankford transportation center and also along the norristown high speed line. they have added extra trains on the market frankford and broad street subway, free parking up there in northeast philadelphia and all of those folks using the options and alternates one option will be let's just drive to work and that will throw a lot of extra volume on our major roadways on top of the rain which will slow us down and bring to us delays naturally as sue mentioned, the hydroplaning

saturday schedule after pulling one-third of the regional rail once they found cracks in the steel beams of the 120 silver liner five train cars. with the saturday plan in place amount of trains heading in the city will be cut bias much as half, morning, evening rush hours will run close to every half an hour as possible but transit officials say that there will be crowds and some delays, they advice people to move to either bus or subway services with more parking on the broad street and market frankford lines. they are adding older train cars in the mix to ease some of the pressure on the system but they also will bolster services among the city and suburban trolleys, but transit managers say allow plenty of time and patients. >> each line will have a an extra train that will run earlier then normal saturday schedule for those coming in for the earlier work schedules and additional trains added to the a.m./ p.m. travel period,

children's hospital of philadelphia, where doctors pronounced him dead. investigators are trying to find a dark colored car spotted leaving that shooting scene. this morning police are on the hunt for the man who tried to abduct two women from delaware. sunday a man grabbed a university of the delaware student at colonial garden apartment complex along main street. police believe the same man tried to push a 61 year-old woman inside her own car the very next day at main towers. investigators say the student was unloading packages from her car when she was attacked by a man who tried to put a rag saturated with a chemical around her mouth. she for the him off and ran away and four hours later at the complex next door a woman was attack as she was getting in her car. she too for the back and got away and neighbors are on edge. >> when we have a two-year old little girl, wife and you are out in a place where you know, anything can happen, liken our landlord is one of the nicest people on earth. it the is just shocking. it really is.

>> would the man were not hurt, police say suspect is a white male in his early 20's, 5-foot six or seven and with a thin build. thinks disturbing as well. prosecutors say a new jersey man paid a philadelphia woman to allow him to sexually assault two girls for years. both adults now facing a range of charges including sexual assault and child endangerment. bergen county prosecutors say they learn the male suspect was having sex with a 14 year-old girl they say an investigation also determined he had been sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl and 12 year-old girl for six years now since the year 2010. bill cosby's lawyers will take another run at getting his criminal sex assault case thrown out when cosby returns to court in montgomery county on thursday. seventy-eight year-old cosby will renew arguments that his accuser should be forced to testify before he to trial. cosby's lawyers want the right to question andrea constand at a pretrial hearing. prosecutors complained that they really just want to test

getting an additional inch maybe two in some isolated spots this morning. not to mention the lightening that is popping up, again, this area from central delaware moving right across the bay into southern new jersey. we will zoom in closer and you can see southern new castle county, northern kent county and cumberland county. dover the rain is easing up there but around little creek and general's green it is still pretty heavy. here comes lightening and thunder in ocean city, new jersey, very heavy downpour on you right now and dennis township as well, we will zoom in closer, strathmere you are probably getting heavier rain in addition to sea isle city. not a pleasant morning at the shore as all and cross necessary haddon township at around bellmawr. we have got rid of the heavy downpour there. looking at the future cast we will see that same area still getting heavy rain and still getting rain in philadelphia

through seven or 8:00 o'clock. by 8:30 or nine, i think mostly everything has push off shore. we are left with some clouds for a little while but right around lunchtime the sun starts to come out. we will have a mix of sun and included for the rest of the day and that is when heat is on, so we will get close to 90 y with 88 and then 90 on wednesday, and thursday, friday, and on saturday, so this could end up being a four day heat wave and it will be the second one of the season, the first one was in the end of the may, so it has been a while since we have been able to string together three days of 90 or above. going to the shore? your shore temperatures should be in the 80's along the beach all week long. just keep an eye out for afternoon and evening thunderstorms. that is your seven day forecast. messy morning bob kelly. >> messy combination of the rain, septa issue, first day back after the holiday weekend which is always tough. if you are going to drive here

is a couple addition ago ways to park. 1600 extra spots available at naval hospital down there at broad and paterson. from there take broad street subway, 300 extra spots at columbus and spring garden there along festival pier. frankford transportation center and norristown high speed line, garages, they have opened up and freed up some extra spots. there is free parking in northeast philadelphia, septa has waved the parking fee at its frankford transportation center, which will give you access to the the market frankford line. here's another alternate, every single station along all of septa's regional rail lines have suggested alternates for like snow emergencies, same situation as this morning tea pending upon what station would you typically board the train and where you are going, there are options, maybe two bus option, maybe two buses and trolley, at least it is something and that there for those that don't have that vehicle as an option.

but if you have to suck it up here expect the crowded conditions on the trains closer to center sit the eye. you get on at thorndale or malvern or downingtown, you will have an empty train. those trains will fill up, and once they fill up they will bypass the following stations. another option you may wanting to outbound in order to come inbound. so from sampler work your way from paoli and thorndale and then work your way back in again. many options, i don't think any option should be rule out at least for this first morning until we get a feel for how things will go. cynwyd line, they have pulled all of the trains off and they will use shuttle buses there until, further notice. bottom line modified saturday schedule. figure trains running only every 30 minutes and down load that current schedule at septa.org. we also have a lincoln our web site at fox 29.com. chris and lauren back to you. how about this in delaware, threats made right

before a concert prompted police to cancel the whole event. >> authorities say these two men walked in the welcome center in shelbyville, and made alarming statements to the person working at the desk. security concerns led to police canceling the concert by the band perry. police have not given specific details about the threats citing their investigation. in north philadelphia, an explosion at a atm has police on the hunt for what happened. the blast sent authorities to the 2500 block of westerly high avenue yesterday morning. something went off inside of the atm, right in front of the barber shop. officials have mention that had in one was hurt. a delaware man behind bars after police found more than 3,000 bags of heroin on him, 39 year-old mar cell us jones was pulled over on kirk wood highway saturday after officers noticed him violating several traffic laws. police noticed hard juan a they searched the vehicle. they have found 3,000 bags of heroin and 130 grams of marijuana jones faces several drug and trafficking charges.

well, we're still seeing plenty of rain in southern new jersey, some more that is moving out of the baltimore washington area, right in the place that has been hardest hit this morning. dover, delaware but we have had our share of rain in philadelphia let's zoom in on the area that is about to get more rain, dover delaware and then area of heavy rain in cumberland county, new jersey. we have got one downpour just south of the collins beach and wood land beach, and then across the river bay and cape may county, some heavier
