across the entire delaware valley. this shows you how one particular model may have a good handle on it and another may have a cloudsy handle on it and that's this guy here today. later this evening we should begin to see holes in the clouds and we'll go partly cloudy overnight tonight. and as we get into monday, monday actually does not look all that bad. we'll start with sunshine and then we'll increase clouds another system arrives. that arrives tuesday afternoon you can see the greens here across the western suburbs by 4:30 and just light shower activity really nothing more than that. this is not a huge rain maker for us and 9:30 a couple of lingering showers across the area and that clears and then wednesday looks pretty dry. getting into the weekend. what i did was a lot of people e-mailed me and asked questions about the forecast models we look at. i actually put one of them on the big board here. this is european model and widely regarded as one of the most accurate forecast models we look at 7 aeming sunday you see closed circle here he this is

area of hoe heavy the moisture is or moisture being printed outthon model. than is rain snow line. you can see philadelphia is right there. it's way out to the west. that means as this starts it's all rain. as we fast forward sun evening all of a sudden low is here and here's rain snow line and look at moisture flying over the delaware valley at that point switches over to snow. and the question will be if you were to take the model as is now starting rain switching to snow and how much moisture is leftover on the back end as we switch over to that snow that sdermz houvrp we see. assuming it is right watch this closely over the next several days. mostly cloudy, seasonable, 45. that's forecasted high for philadelphia today. winds norm, northwest at 5 to 15. partly cloudy, old overnight 28 degrees outlying suburb ush 4 for center city. quiet week otherwise, rain late

>> barnes kept many of them and he was so excited about blackens' purchases he wept back to paris himself and began purchasing. that's founding of our collection. >> he was not juingtd a connoisseur of fib art. while studying pennsylvania academy of fine arts he began developing a style that would transcend other artists of his time. >> one of the things easy to see from this exhibition is the evolution of blackens from an illustrator to a great modern painter. you can see him experimenting with form and shape. >> blackens career spanned 5 decades. this is the first comprehensive survey of his work in fearly a half century with 90 major paintings and works on paper some on public view for the very first time. >> terrance wanted people to use their own ideas and own critical thinking to appreciate art. >> william blackens is on exist
