How come the Internet Archive doesn't have that many collections from libraries? There are lots of libraries around the world, and their materials are getting older and older, and are starting to deteriorate, and if we don't start to archive/record them, then we risk losing these works.

And how come the Internet Archive doesn't host the Library of Congress' Digital Library Congress? I get the idea that the Archive has enough space to do so.
