Thank you for your response. But I previously gave you the opportunity and I found no satisfaction at all. I purchased a book with a Very Good condition, only to learn that there was ink underlining throughout. To me the condition should, at best, be rated Fair. You would not accept a price adjustment and would only refund if I returned it at my expense. I was not about to spend another dime on an item for which I was burned. We must trust the sellers that we are given an honest condition. In failing that, others should know of erroneous conditions. It does not reflect well on Internet Archive who counts on our contributions to partner with entities who cannot be trusted for a fair and accurate description.
