I've noticed at least 3 tall new antennas that look like flag poles with small radio sets up on top. They've recenly been installed on the rooftops of buildings along what seems to be Bryant and Harrison Streets. They are spaced about a mile apart. Does anybody know what these are?

I took a closer look and now I think they may just be new street lamps being installed for the freeway retrofit....
