What's a hideout player? Just curious, is that the flash player?

I've never seen it called that, but yes - it seems to be the flash player.

In that case, you must upload the image (with the exact name of the item) into the item's check out folder then name the image file .jpg in the item manager (whether it's a jpg, gif or bmp) it will show up on the left hand corner and also in the player when you click play. Animated gifs apparently do not show up in the player in my experience. I might test that when I add some image files to my stuff.
