I am at 45th and Pacheco and connect to the BARWN Mnt San Bruno site via a 24dBi dish and a BARWN box. You may be able to do the same.

How much does all this equipment cost?

About $600 to $700 for the router/access point and another $100 for the antenna coax, etc. SFLAN folks are selling the whole thing plus installation for $1000.
