first, to sheena parveen with where those storms are right now. sheena? >> most of the heavier rain is moving into the poconos but we have another big area of heavy rain that is setting up to move in shortly. lancaster county already see something of that. here's a look at the radar, most of us are in a bit of a break right now. as we zoom into parts of the lehigh valley, up near allentown, the heavy rain rained itself out. these showers are lightening up. if we look into parts of the poconos, this is where the rain is getting heavier. through parts of upper bucks coun county, seeing heavy to moderate rain in that area. now we'll zoom out a bit. in lancaster county, this is where we're starting to see more heavy rain falling. rainfall rates are close to 1 inch per hour. so this is fairly heavy rain. this area of rain right around maryland setting up to move into chester county and delaware. this is what we're really watching right now, because this is fairly heavy. it's moving to the north mainly north/northeast at 40 miles an hour. if we track it in that
