most of this early tomorrow morning around the santa cruz mountains hills east of san jose. not much to see there, but still that lingering chance of seeing a few showers. kind of like what we're seeing right now on the radar. the focus should be for areas south of san francisco overnight, especially around the santa cruz mountains, down around san jose into the morning. and then we have those sunny skies to partly cloudy skies. more sunshine here to wrap up the weekend, but look at these morning temperatures last few mornings we've been in the 50s to start, so as you wake up tomorrow morning and want to go out on that morning run, watch out for low to mid 40s, chilly start, 30s up around clear lake to start the morning tomorrow. by lunchtime we start to climb into the upper 50s. but even if the sunshine highs tomorrow staying pretty cool. only 62 in san jose and 50s from san francisco to oakland. but moving forward monday, tuesday and wednesday, those temperatures do start to come up closer to the average highs, which ought to be in the 70s this time of year. we'll get ther

ben loman in the santa cruz mountains, an inch and almost 7/10. pretty impressive. here's a look at what is going on outside right now. we do have dry conditions. as we talked about in the last half hour. a chilly start for most this morning. but temperatures are now rebounding and most of us are warmer right now compared to where we were yesterday. at this time we've got rain and some high elevation snow falling over the pacific northwest for today, and we are just here on the southern edge, picking up on some of those clouds out there. now. it will help to increase our winds into the afternoon. we get past this system and a warming trend begins. so i'll show you here tuesday into wednesday. notice the ridge that is building over the pacific that is going to strengthen our direction in the coming days. meanwhile, a pattern shift by about thursday with the system dropping in on the backside of california. you can see right here that's going to help to create that northeast flow. and that's what really helps to drive our temperatures up. more on those numbers in the
