a lot of what you industry philadelphia north is basically drizzle or very light rain. farther south we go toward wilmington back down i-95 toward baltimore and in extreme southern delaware and south jersey we're getting a little darker shade of green so the rain is on the way but it's fairly light and nuisance stuff right now. as you look out on the wide view there's a changeover to snow but you have to go out into central pennsylvania and even north central pennsylvania to see that. we're still waiting for the cold air to get in later in the morning and then in through the afternoon we'll see that changeover from about philadelphia north and west. and here is the winter storm warning that has been posted as of yesterday. it's still in effect today up until 10 o'clock tonight and these counties highlighted in pink are where we think the biggest impact is going to be with at least slushy roads and maybe some snow covered roads later on. higher snowfall amounts. in the advisory area it's mainly lighter accumulations on grassy surfaces but you still have potential issues
