i had my baby last year in july. my waters broke, i went into - july. my waters broke, i went into hospital and they told me that they needed to induce me and delivered the baby quickly. i was induced and a little while later in the morning at about eight o'clock of the medical staff came in, there was a bit of a panic in the room about the baby's heart rate, saying it was declining. they said they needed to do an emergency c—section. i signed the paperwork for that, did the pre—meds and started to prepare mentally to cut down to theatre to have the c—section. it was confirmed to go ahead a short while later and then suddenly the consultant came into the room and said we are not going ahead any more with the c—section, the baby's heart rate is stable, and i think that is when the mood really changed and it was a really stressful moment, just seeing the reaction of the staff in the room, lots of concerned faces, some of them raise their concerns and it ended up being a disagreement on the staff in the room whether they should go ahead with the c
