yes, we're here just next to the antioch marina. i'm going to have my photographer turn so you can see where we are. fire crews just recently cleaned up. it was a busy scene when we got here, but they made quick work of this fire. as you can see, they were set up right here next to the train tracks. we're staying a little bit away from the train tracks, just for our own safety. but today several fires sparked across the east bay, keeping fire crews busy. contra costa fire protection was able to get on scene quickly and navigate all of these different fires. now, as soon as one fire appeared to get contained, another one popped up. the warm weather and high winds didn't help. just before 3 p.m, a brush fire started on concord boulevard, but antioch was hardest hit with at least two fires. today one near slayton ranch, not far from homes in the area, and another where we're standing here along the marina. now that fire reached at least five acres and hit two alarms. this evening. video shows smoke billowing out from behind the boats n
