nobody was hurt, which is a surprise, because it is the morning rush. it happened right past 9:00. and i believe this exact manhole cover had another underground explosion about eight years ago, i think november 2010. they took the manhole off here. at third street just to air it out t smells like that plastic burning smell again. you got it, brother. we are getting moved up the other block. so but one firefighter i talk to, assured me, nobody was hurt. fire fight remembers in the cvs just to make sure, and they're checking the basement, but we're getting moved actually past it and closer even, but obviously there is no danger if we're walking past it, but this has been common thing lately where there is pressure building up underground here in old city. the oldest part of philadelphia. and this occurs quite often actually in town here, where we seaman hole covers blow. a friend every mine where i work previously, dave harrington in buffalo shot a famous video, manhole cover went 70 feet in the air, like a frisby.

if you live in olde city, you heard this about 10 minutes ago a manhole cover blew off market street, sky fox is over it right now fire fighters looking down in there who knows what caused the pressure to build so high but it blew blue a very heavy steel disk off the manhole.
