people began waiting at modell's on cottman avenue even before the sun came up. in fact our jenny joyce she was out there spoke with some fans still on a high from last night's win. >> i'm feeling great awesome. it was my birthday saturday. i was you some birthday present. >> reporter: you're wearing your eagles sweatshirt. >> my eagles pants. >> reporter: looking great. >> modell's says she expect several shipments today of merchandise as we head right into the super bowl. if your man's fort first week mend february include a trip to minneapolis for super bowl lii be warped here. prices for the game tickets for lodging they are already sky high. unless you've got those season tickets urostyle stuck in the secondary market. in fact on sub hub they are asking $5,000 a bees for seats way up there in the top section. if you want better seats get ready to shell out up to 17 grand. as for lodging private homes

they're up for rent. $3,500 a night. some fans took things a little too far in celebrations last night and tacked several cars. multiple vehicles were tagged with green paint you see right there. this was on the 1500 block of north 16th street. the damage ranges from a line of spray paint on the car to completely covering a windshie windshield. now the people who own those vehicles are left cleaning up all the mess and the of course the expense. >> for the people involved they probably thought they were just having fun now it's expensive for me to go and fix all of this. someone's fun turned to something bad for meme i think it's really sad. >> temple university police are investigating look at all those surveillance cameras. hundreds of thousands of people taking to the streets last night in celebration of the eagles big win of course showing our pride with hardly any arrests made. only six people were arrested. the guy who attacked a police horse and five others. of those five, three were arrested for ticket scalping.

two others for disorderly conduct. happening right now in germantown. bill cosby cracking jokes at a comedy club for his first public appearance in years. the thshawnette wilson was at te event and joining us tonight. >> reporter: bill cosby stand up tonight was mostly about his childhood and being blind now and he seemed pretty comfortable being on stage and against his team wishes he was actually willing to answer questions about his sex assault retrial. >> hey. [ laughter ] >> guests at larose a jazz club in germantown got a surprise tonight when bill cosby walked in. the club conveniented him to do a brief stand up and play with the band. >> it was absolutely a lot, a lot of fun. >> reporter: cosby spent about 45 minutes on stage before his pr team rushed him out of the door. they tried to stop reporters from asking questions about the upcoming retrial on sex assault

showed up. >> it is so offensive that this man needs to be helder accountable. he needs to be inconvenienced. >> reporter: that second protester was a man who showed up. bill cosby says that he septembered the invitation to perform tonight because the club's owner does for up and coming musicians and the fundraising the band does to provide instruments for children. thomas. >> controversy not going around. shawnette, thank you. we're following a developing story in comer land county. the prosecutor's office there is investigating a police involved shooting in millville. skyfox over the scene at high and mc neal streets this afternoon. the cumberland county prosecutor's office says a 47-year-old man called 911 and told them that he was in the area with a loaded gun. millville police raced over and an officer shot and killed the man. now we still again know what transpired right before that happened. another year, another sink hole same spot for block of residents in fishtown. folks on the 2300 block of east

boston street currently have no water. as the philadelphia water department works to fix a water main break tonight. a 6-inch main broke collapsing the street and part of the sidewalk there. neighbors tell us this isn't the first time a sink hole destroyed part of that block. in fact, we covered something quite similar on the same block around this time last year. such a long time coming. the those septa tokens soon to be a thing past. buying them in fact just got a whole lot harder today. and you don't need us to tell you that fast food certainly isn't good for you but just how bad is it? well, let's just say your body believes it's a disease. that story coming up. ♪

delaware county protested for meehan to repay and resign. a big decision from the pennsylvania supreme court. it has struck down the commonwealth's congressional map. it's a victory for democrats who argued pennsylvania's 18 districts are gerrymandered to benefits republicans not gop dominated state legislature has until february 9 toth come up with a replacement map. if the governor doesn't signed off by end february 15th the did you say tises will redraw the map themselves. opening statements began in the corruption trial of allentown mayor he had pawlowski seen in the blue tie. assistant us attorney anthony sorrick says pawlowski rigged city contracts in favor of law firms and business that is gave him money for campaigns. of course the defense denies any connection between city work and contributions. pawlowski plans to testify in mistrial. let's take you outside right now. new castle county. good evening wilmington. got to tell you though the rain is about to move in.

meteorologist kathy orr joining us with your forecast at 11:00 much things are about to change my friend. >> they certainly are. talking about warm temperatures. some wind and also rain. it's looking good, quiet in old city philadelphia. the temperature is still mild. it's 52 degrees after a high of 62. and that normal only 40 for this time of year. take a look at the temperatures. in the poconos it's 36. 44 in wilmington and 49 in millville. temperatures not cooling off all that much on ultimate doppler we do have green for the eagles on the radar screen. some rain moving in. it's not a lot of about half an inch to an inch but it will come at a very condensed period of time in the morning for the rush and into the late morning peer. warm air tomorrow. one more day with this jet stream favoring the eastern seaboard but behind it, cold air. it's not that far behind and it is bringing snow to the northern great lakes and the plains. go hour by hour with those warm southerly winds ahead of this cold front that rain moves in heavy at times with a few rumbles of thunder through lunch

time. look at the temperature philadelphia 56 at 11:00 o'clo 11:00 o'clock. even though we have the rain but behind it, the winds shifts out of the west cooler air moving in late tuesday and by the evening we're talking about temperatures in the 30s and 40s which still isn't bad. but it's probably about 20 degrees cooler than it will be in the afternoon. how much rain? about half an inch to an inch in most locations in those tour pours we do expect some more. so overnight, lows in the 40s. 47 in philadelphia. 44 in trenton. 45 in millville. arthritic in the poconos. temperatures pretty much staying pretty mild. during the day tomorrow, that southerly wind will boost them to 62 degrees. rain some heavy especially in the morning a few rumbles of thunder. don't be surprised we haven't heard in it awhile. but it also will be windy with winds out of the south during the day. on your seven day forecast from the weather authority, wednesday 44. the coolest day thursday we start to warm it up. 40 is pretty seasonal and that's what it will be on friday we jump to 51 saturday.

how about 55 sunday. and turning cooler next monday so after tomorrow, thomas, we get back to that chilly air for a few days but nothing like we saw early in the month. >> it's coming. bottom line bad hair day tomorrow, right. >> good thing mine left me years ago. >> kathy thank you. >> you bet. >> let's talk about the live and legacy of a young girl it lives on in philadelphia. filomena would have turned nine years old. she died in july after a battle with brain cancer. fox 29 was there following her story. she met the pope when he came to philadelphia in two to us 15. today on her birthday city officials honored her life by renaming a street in port richmond almond street is now storm the heavens way. non-profit raises money and aways for dipg it's the cancer she battled oh, so bravely. >> we appreciate all the support much it's been amazing from the beginning. i wish we weren't put putting a street up for filomena today
