scene comments from the achieve. we will ask whether the shakeup will save the trump agenda all now on fox sunday. donald trump ended one of the presidencies putting new man in charge of his white house staff. the secretary of homeland security john kelly, with open this disarray in the administration, republicans kee
9:02 am
one of their biggest campaign promises to repeal obama care, is another staff shakeup enough. we will talk to kelly and conway , but first let's bring in the white house with the latest. >> the elevation and appointmen of general kelly is attempted t calm the season at the white house. it has been rocked by turbulent seas throughout the trumpet ministration, especially when -- we tell fox news that the new chief -- chief of staff will help full control over the oval office an schedule, though we have also learned that some key staffers for the time being will continu to have casual access to the president with -- being among the names most ofte mentioned. he is a ministration is marked by unrest including the loss of mike flynn, the firing of jim comey and key white house
9:03 am
figures spacer. he will need control over competing factions and a president who has a lack of message discipline who is meeting exceedingly difficult t coherently shepherd his message. general kelly will have that control and that was one of the majors so i'm pleased to get them to come to the white house after several overtures. his first on the job is monday and given that explosive and family police interview last week and complain a setback on healthcare, it's a safe bet he will have his hands full. >> kevin, thanks for that. let's drill down and what we ca expect from the new chief of staff. we are joined by kellyanne conway. i want to start with a question are the has to with all the white house staff.
9:04 am
we all serve the president in this country. >> respectfully, kellyanne conway think it is beside the point. a lot of people outside of this white house save the problem is that the lack of discipline is an absence of chain of command so i'm going to ask you again, will all of the white house staff report to the new chief o staff. >> so i will do whatever the president and general kelly needs us to do. yesterday i was on fox and friends and say clearly that if we can have protocol, picking order, discipline, and the chie of staff that empowers the step to succeed, note that general kelly is done that on the battlefield and the chief military aid to the cabinet secretary. so we have great faith and that will be done. that is nothing about the outgoing chief of staff, who
9:05 am
should hold his head high. many things happen in the first six months during his ten -- tenure and certainly i think they were able to raise a great deal of money for the operation that allowed the republican party to succeed. so i am always up protocol and picking order kind of gal and i a. i've never address the presiden even when he was a candidate. i've never addressed in by his first name. i always address general kelly by his name and nothing so much of the chief of staff role also occurs outside of the building. is a little bit too much going on in terms of he is the personal chief.
9:06 am
general kelly is coming from th cabinet. he will be talking to his peers about their different concerns, their different deployment of issues. we've got a very active cabinet. that does not coverage on capitol hill were at the legislative agenda has stalled. i think the ks was on capitol hill in the senate after 7.5 years nobody jumped out of a cake and gave us healthcare reform on a silver platter, i don't know. >> i want to talk about the disarray inside the white house. you had and the knee vermes wit a lace attack on other members of the administration of the white house staff. so i want to ask you directly, has vermes, who said he reports directly to the president, heav now been told to report to john kelly? >> i will speak with general kelly and the president about that. we are all very excited to have
9:07 am
our first meeting with the new chief of staff. and again, being able to solve the problems of this nation and they are doing it it an orderly and rapid fashion is why we wer sent to washington. some of the two that were elected, and donald trump and mike pence and no one else said there. to the extent that we can do more and do it more quickly in this fashion which we're accustomed to with donald j trump comey think that having the tools in place is very important that i talked to anthony this week and i talked to ryan this weekend. everybody is on the same tune into terms of where on the side of freedom and democracy. there cracking down on these gangs. there's so much that is happening in i've got to say th swamp includes many people, man
9:08 am
institutions, individuals, and think calcified ideas that need description. it includes focus on capitol hill. i don't know what they were expecting. with a not expecting him to mak good on his promise of getting the 20 million plus americans who have no health care coverag to the 6.5 million who we're willing to fork over money to the irs will think it simple obama care coverage. >> kellyanne conway you've got to allow me to s some questions here. i want to ask about the ministration and then we will move on to healthcare. the president continued to attack the attorney general, jeff sessions. many asked whether he's going t keep sessions in the job or fir him, here's his answer. >> are very disappointed with the attorney general, but we will see what happens. time will tell. time will tell. >> does the president went
9:09 am
sessions to continue with the attorney general or has been suggested, is he considering hi moving over to replace general kelly as the secretary secretar of homeland security. >> it's a personal question tha only the president can answer. on friday you had thursday and friday at attorney general sessions in el salvador and president trump on long island both working toward the same goal, which is to stop these vile groups who are murdering innocent americans and bringing drugs and violence and to our community. >> i understand that. >> at the same time, no, he's working. >> the question is as he considering them moving over at the immigration part of this is so important to beat the secretary of secretary of homeland security. >> i won't comment on that, but i will tell you that the president has expressed
9:10 am
frustration about the recusal. so much has flown from the recusal. so much of it flows from the department of justice. many of the primary issues he won successfully on goes to the department of justice. look what happened with this ridiculous russian pollution. you see all these journalists who do entire tv sets and lower thirds and screaming graphics and restless coverage shrinking away this week from the russian pollution coverage because you have everybody from jared kushner meeting with the senate and giving his public statement. you -- we were promised the next bar great. we don't even have water polo o a watermelon. the only thing i see happening with russia is his gps matter a the senate witnessed and anybod can look up over there. seventy being paid by the russians to compile a damaging dossier on donald trump filled with falsity and lies speed you
9:11 am
know how much time has been wasted away from the victims of obama care? >> wait a second. kelly on, let's talk about obam care. the president put out a neat twist today. i want to put it on the screen. he said to give up, the world i watching, repeal and replace them go to 51 votes, nuclear option. is that the presidents plan, stanley killebrew plays, change the circles in the legislative filibusters filibuster see kim passoth volar repeal replacing choral -- including selling insurance across state lines? >> the president will not accep it. he said it's time to move on. he -- you've they were lied to by the less president. they couldn't keep the doctor. they couldn't keep their plan. he met with the obamacare victims of the white house several times. there will people and their suffering. when he talked but the 51 votes the president is making the cas
9:12 am
that so many of the components of real healthcare reform, chris , requires 60 votes, the drug pricing, the selling of insurance across state lines. the health plans that allow those who don't get their healt insurance to the employer like do to government benefits have been left out because the premiums are too high. premiums have doubled. >> let's talk about that. >> if you will. he will stick with it. >> we should point out that bot republicans and democrats say that there are no plans in the senate roll spirit years with the president says his plan is. >> i said from the beginning, let obamacare implode and then do it. i turned out to be right. let obamacare implode. >> be yelling, we peel, and replace. is utterly with the president intends to do? izzie cutting off cost-sharing productions which lowered the
9:13 am
out-of-pocket expenses for lowe income people? you talk about real people, wha about the millions of people while obamacare is imploding that are going to lose healthcare coverage? >> i called of comment from mr. schumer about this. what is their plan to help? we've already got an opinion by one court because members of congress -- congress say under obamacare this money was never authorized through the congress, so they would like an opportunity to do that, which is the normal cours of business. >> is the present going to come off the payments, the out-of-pocket payments? you can do it this month, this week. he's going to make only he can . let's go back to what we are really talking about. when you said yesterday a tweet about the bailout of the member of congress and the payments coming full start talking about
9:14 am
this really sweet deal that members of congress and their staffers have what they are not beholden to the same health healthcare that so many americans say say is unaffordable and honest -- unsustainable. this is what many americans hat about washington dc. they feel like they have been nose pressed up against the glass. the special interests, the swamp . they want people to live under the same rules that they do. brinkley if people had the same roles on capitol hill, maybe they would have a stronger pace of what it feels like to choose between paying your premium in paying your grocery bill. the president will make that decision. they're obstructing everything. >> we would love to continue. we've got to move on. thank you so much. think you for your time. always good to talk with you. >> thank you, chris.
9:15 am
when we come back and we will discuss the trump white house. what are democrats willing to give. nancy pelosi joins us next only on fox news sunday.
9:16 am
9:17 am
it's now back to the drawing board after republican plan to repeal in place implode on the senate floor. joining me now is house democratic leader nancy pelosi. welcome back to fox news sunday. you think that putting general
9:18 am
kelly and there will make a difference? >> if you take a second part, i hope so. i look forward to working with general kelly. of work with secretary kelly at the department of homeland security. so i will be speaking with him today and look forward to working with him. it is of a very important position. that has to be recognized that he is the chief of staff. >> you've been in washington an see a lot of white house is the way that they operate, does thi white house need more discipline ? >> just working with the bush one white house, and the car ha a great rapport. everybody knew he was the chief of staff and that was recognize on capitol hill, that he really was the chief of staff in with josh bolten, we also work closely with him but nonetheles
9:19 am
respectful of getting results. >> with the defeat of repeal an replace this week in the senate do you think that the republica effort to repeal obama care is that? >> the american people have spoken. think what you saw was just an outpouring of stories of how th affordable care act affected their lives. where do we go from here? >> you say the american people have spoken, they put republicans in charge of the house and republicans in charge of the senate, republicans in the white house -- you cannot argue that they spok in washington didn't listen. >> i'm talking about since the election day so what the repeal might be in they've rejected overwhelmingly. we will see what it means thei life and i think it's important for us to recognize the facts that what the republicans are putting forth put 17, 22, 23 million people off the rolls
9:20 am
and diminish the benefits of increased the costs, undermined medicare and really was not a go p i think there is an senator mcconnell, one of his bills tha he had, he have a profession that we can replace. it's a provision to cover the cost-sharing is -- which is very duction to exten important. best short-term stability,li, a support that and hope that he would advance that. too technical for folks. you sent the letter to leaders and friday in which he said i want to extend my hand and i want bipartisan compromise, one of the things you very much wan that i talked to kellyanne conway about it, sharing
9:21 am
reduction payments, these are. was to insurance companies that lower the out-of-pocket cost to things like deductibles and co-pays for lower income people who are on the exchanges. president trump tweeted this yesterday. if a new healthcare bill is not approved quickly, they allow fo insurance companies, he's talking about the csr and membe -- here is mike rushed weston, leader pelosi. to keep those csr payments, wha are you as democrats willing to give to get a real compromise? >> let's back up. the affordable care act is a market oriented proposal, doing the cost-sharing, the reductions , a way to have it be in the free marketplace as opposed to having everyone say -- have many more people, governor
9:22 am
of states had said give me the money. this is not failing insurance. this is the private sector. here is my point, republicans, compromise means both sides get not one side gives them the ots, republicans want to cut back on obama cares mandates, on obama cares taxes, on som regulations. what are you willing to give an agree to as part of that that would allow a true compromise. >> first of all you will remember that the affordable care act as we passed and as we collect, the affordable care ac is something that was very mottled after run the care. that is no free riders. everybody has to have insurance so if your neighbor's buying
9:23 am
insurance and you aren't, you are buying more because he or she is not so this is about enlarging the pool and make you healthier, younger, and having more benefits. >> i understand that doesn't sound like you're willing to give anything. what did they have to offer? another but you have to have a big pool and in order to do tha if they have an employer. >> how about you talk about fre market, instead of mandating that people have it, like the republicans were saying, forgiv me, was of you don't have it yo want to buy insurance from you have to wait for a while or pay a premium to get it. instead of saying i am the government and you have to buy insurance, why not say this going to be a penalty if you don't buy it? >> when the president went into office, the really was an opportunity to say you don't like this, how would you do this . instead they said we are repealing the whole thing, 22 million people lost in cost will go up and benefits will go
9:24 am
down. that is not a way to go down a path. as a first step let us accept what set the term o'connell has in his bill, let us accept that. >> let me switch -- >> let's talk about what other changes are. you cannot say that -- i do believe as i saw and in want of your sets this morning, that healthcare is a right and not a privilege. the more people who are involve with the lower the costs are fo everyone. there are things we can do righ away, lower the cost of prescription drugs would have bipartisan support. >> what a move to another subject, the democratic leader in the senate said something interesting. we are going to put it on the screen. when you lose to somebody is 40 popularity can be don't blame other things, comey mac in russia, so what did we do wrong. we will didn't know what we stood for, just that the word
9:25 am
against trump. with 50 you ignore -- your agenda in a minute. you agree with senator schumer that russia and, you would not be with heller clinton? >> i think that there is no question about that. you are responsible for your campaign and i don't even want to go in to that. i want to go in to our better field. >> i'm going to ask you about i because they put out a new agenda. let's put it on the screen. you call for higher wages, lowe prescription drug costs, drug training, infrastructure. leader pelosi gone not cite any of that is wrong but i am sayi . we've been hearing it for years we heard it from the democrats and hillary clinton in 2 >> well, we're going to hear with more clarity. for the first time since 2006,
9:26 am
the house, the congressional democrats are in charge of the message. we one. we had a democratic president and after that, a very successful presidency. now it's our turn to win the congress for the american people . it's more about the election. >> it is about winning on the issues. if the american people can hold all ofra and republicans republicans, accountable, for what is in there and disincentive a trickle-down agenda that really benefits the high end atnse of that's way better deal is n terms of what it suggests. >> there were four special hous elections in this spring in which there were republican seeds that were opened because they put jobs i, and you lost a
9:27 am
four of them. some of your own democratic colleagues in the house say par of the problem is that you andu frankly, too old and the question i have is due democrat need new leaders with new ideas. >> let me just say this, self-promotion is a terrible thing, but somebody has got to do it. the question that we are in, i am a master legislator. i know the budget to the and degree and i know the motivatio of people. i respect the people who are in congress. i think this is a great moment for those of us who are in congress. if we state with the affordable care act -- in terms of working together with the republicans what is been our experience in the past. so i feel very confident about the support i have in my caucus. >> let me just -- >> i've never not been up was m caucus and i never had to do with before. suppose you became president an were a democrat and you appoint
9:28 am
your cabinet, one from berkeley santa monica. do you think that the republicans could've ever won one those seeds? they were not seeds. >> that got 30 seconds and the question is what are the chance democrats win back the house in 2018 and if so, will you run fo speaker? >> it is so unimportant. what is important is that we have a lively debate on a bette deal, better pay, better jobs, and a better future. that is what we look forward to having. we have unity in our party. you start with the fight on affordable care act in the hous and in the senate. we are very proud of the fact that our party has diverse thinking in it. we can accommodate that. >> leader pelosi thank you. thanks for coming back. >> thank you for being a guardian of art democracy.
9:29 am
>> thank you for that. >> up next, we will get a view from outside the beltway when w sit down with ohio governor joh kasich. how do washington's problems look from there?
9:30 am
9:31 am
9:32 am
a look outside the beltway of the stick goes in columbus, ohio . the end of a rough weekend washington, what a find out how things look some distance from the nations capital. joining me now, john kasich. let's start with president trump . when you look at the events of recent days, the public humiliation of jeff sessions, the shocking -- in the open inviting in the white house, sitting there in columbus, ohio, what do you think? >> well, i'm worried about our country, obviously, chris. the white house is an amazing institution. it has great power. what i think about the people
9:33 am
who have been able to lend voic to amplify that power, i think about fdr, nothing to fear but fear itself, i think about jfk. it is not what you're can -- you can do for you country, it' what -- a shining city on a hill what w need, and i think perhaps the president can get there is sort of a sense of unity, of hopefulness. i think we are not seeing that right now and so to take the powerful institution of the white house and you combine it with a voice that is power and uplifting. that is what people loved about roosevelt. that is what they left kennedy and ronald reagan. that is what we need. that needs to be thought about. other than belief in optimism, what makes you think that we're going to get that from this white house? >> because i'm basically a glas
9:34 am
half-full guy. we have had six months we've go a long way to go. i just hope we are going to get it. i will also tell you it is also congress. we are not going to get this direction out of the white hous that we need to get out of congress. we need to get along. i listened the leaders talk and i don't even think the answer i with the leaders in the congress . i think the answer is the rank-and-file, and i think furthermore we need to realize that it is not just the political leagues that are showing this function, it is th people in the country, the partisans of demand certain things as john mccain senator very bombastic way. that is that america. america is give-and-take. america is compromise without giving up your principal. that's what our country is, not tear each other down the triggering pecking about how we get along. i've been involved in so many o those things. at the end of my term in
9:35 am
congress, was having a conversation with pat schroeder the former want to try to run pe . she was a friend of mine and i had these republicans and what pick lking to her before. you don't have to agree with somebody to respect them, to se if there areas and you can get work together. that is all gone and i play and a lot of it on the leadership and they allowed these people who were in the rank-and-file t become partisans too. we don't -- we don't agree with. so how do you explain the patient point out that overnmen second term in ohio but us 18 as a member of congress. how you explain the gop failure after seven years to repeal obama care but also t come up with a replacement. how do you explain that collaps of the bill in the senate.
9:36 am
of going to say i actually thin it is a good thing for this reason. i think republicans looked or were going to be a lot of peopl who are going to be hurt, particul of a voice to the mach in the system grinds down and they pulled back. i don't think that this is done. i don't think that it ought to be done. i understand there will be hearings in the u.s. senate on the can do about the exchanges. so to a degree, i'm glad that they didn't fulfill this pledge right now, but they have to wor on it and this is where they should call the democrats in an they should demand democratic participation participation. republicans of the majority. they get to call the team that when they have the team that go a few democrats singing in the choir. i don't think there are done with it. done with it yet and we can't beat them going after the underlying rising cost of healthcare, the entitlements, which will kill our economy in the country.
9:37 am
address the division of rich an poor. you have got todid it when i wa even whengovernment shutdown. we balance the federal budget b working together and understanding one another and caring about one another. there is a lot unpacked. you say let's work together. we just had made see pelosi and she made a very strong case for her side. when i asked what you willing t give on taxes, on regulation, she said nothing. >> like tom from -- and john higgins aber, they lin governor of colorado, he and i are working together with nine other governors.n'do this in fr national television audience bu you sit in the room and you sit together and talk but each other's kids and you have a little dinner and you start saying what is the area of in 97 bill clinton and the
9:38 am
republicans had a few in a war that led to a government shutdown. the democrats in the white hous came to see me and senator domenici and we had private conversations and opened up a dialogue of discussions, no one was left behind. you don't do this in front of the tv camera. again, this is one of the things , everything is that on the leaders. by did we get the rank-and-file members who work there to serve the country and not their party for some ideology. stick to your principles the figure out how to give and stop asking the leaders for permission. you're not in the fifth gradeth you can use the bathroom. :talk to people on the other side. have some all these politicians run aroun worried about i'm going to get killed but the tea party arm going to get slaughtered by t who are you surveying?
9:39 am
you get the stop listening to all the yelling and screaming. th be released listen to. >> finally because there runnin out of time. went to pursue a lot of questions that might guess are going to hate. here we go. that is that you didn't endorse donald trump and you said you didn't vote for him. you wre mccain instead . would you consider running against donald trump and that 2020 primaries? >> i don't think about that, chris. he's got a republican president. we don't know what the future i going to hold. worried about my political future. if i answer the questions i was thinking about it, i couldn't g home tonight. my wife would lock the doors.
9:40 am
most important thing for me. of got the serve the country an be honest inside. i could not have media appearances so i can be a television. of got to be a good guy. of got to be a man of faith. i don't know what the teachers going to bring them up. anything along those lines. i bought my voice to be out the because i think my voice and th voice of my colleagues made a difference in this healthcare debate. >> thanks for sharing part of your sunday with us. always good to talk to you, sir. >> always good to talk to you. we can heal this country. >> thank you. that the deal. up next, we will bring our sunday could to discuss where things stand for president trum at the end of another wild week. what would you like to ask the panel about the state of the trump white house bid just go t facebook or twitter and we may use your question on the air >> emily: i want to live on my own
9:41 am
9:42 am
9:43 am
but i know it won't be easy. how will i keep up with everyday expenses: rent, food, bus tickets? >> joe: hi. this is pennsylvania state treasurer joe torsella. our state treasury is proud to offer the pa able program, a savings plan for people with disabilities, including emily. open a pa able account today by visiting our website at paable.gov. >> emily: start saving to live independently today.
9:44 am
at paable.gov. i think it could be one of the most personal changes the president trump has made, assuming that he is willing to accept the discipline and a stronger chain of command. >> that is leon panetta talking about the new white house chief of staff, who was his senior military advisor and the pentagon. is time for the sunday group,
9:45 am
fox news senior analyst rick you . former democratic congressman one in woman jane harman and go strategist karl rove. how much trouble is this president in and is general kelly the man to get them out o it? >> he's in a lot of trouble thi week. it was the most tumultuous week. he faces for challenge. for some of the decision-making process is broken. he was one of the first victims of it when he braced objections which were not taken into account with the first travel ban. he's got this issue of access. this president is that going to end the practice of allowing people to flow in and out of th white house. most presidents allow that. the question is busy going to b pulled to an axis to the oval oval office -- oval office to cause things hav gone to the normal arrangement
9:46 am
is going to have to deal with staff members who could not be fired, son-in-law and daughter, and in other couple that the people inside the white house. he is going to have to reduce the trauma, both the sniping within and dixon bring discipline to the relationships between this white house. of never seen anything like it in my life of a white house so eager to zeke on its all. >> i don't think anybody questions his competence and hi qualifications, and his command but doesn't know enough about politics? does he know enough about domestic policy, tax reform, healthcare, do be an effective chief of staff. a think he knows enough to be a effective chief of staff at thi president doesn't use the process that i was talking abou two solve our problems. the first is --
9:47 am
capable of hitting the continental us. of might not happen. the warhead may be too heavy. reentry might be a problem. this is a real problem and if h can focus this white house in this president and an answer to the north korean problem, that will be the first test. congress proved itself capable, not incapable, last week. no one talks about the sanction factions against rica do -- >> north korea and iran. >> yes. and trump is about to her did sign it yesterday and the point of that is is that was a good piece of legislation in all three countries are screaming about it. congress and the president acting together since a good message. congress can't authorize the us of military force in the middle east and around the world in ways that hasn't been 16 years of i think kelly is well-equipped to deal with thos two things and that would be a phenomenal start. >> we ask you questions on this
9:48 am
issue of the state of the trump white house, people seem to be getting fed up. take a look. nick tweeted this bid is there plan other than shock and awe, reasonable americans with the support our president. this reality tv nonsense has go to stop. we've got this on facebook from charlotte. how can this white house recove with respect to click sessions, scaramucci, priebus, why the drama and the antics? >> priebus is not the one the blame for such behavior. this comes down to the presiden and his behavior and its way of doing things in the casual plat that he ran his business in new york where really kept a very loose schedule and people came and went then he picked up a phone and called different people at different times, depending out what he was focused on. white house is can't operate that way. this staff structure in the white house traditionally which
9:49 am
was developed over many years and many administrations is tha way for a reason. the question is that with the john kelly is the ability to be an effective chief of staff, i think he manifested does. the question is whether donald trump will permit back, whether he will allow that. the first words out of his mout will be know you are here. i think that is in doubt. so what happened when they had date that the defense and so foh certain tweets a lot blows it u the middle of the night with some lamp on twitter. what h kelly has some say over that? those are all the unanswered questions. >> when you assume thathe would've gotten at least assurances? he was asked about this as far back as may and he was assisted. >> i suspect does have verbal, mintz to the president to that effect. the question is will the president stick to them.
9:50 am
not will kelly, will the president. >> senator john mccain after hi diagnosis of brain cancer came back to washington and sees the spotlight. here he was calling for his colleagues in the senate to. >> help can again rely on humility. on our need to cooperate, on ou learn her to trust each other again. by so doing better, serve the people that elected us. stoploudmouths on the radio and television and internet. >> it was a powerful moment wha are the chances that it will actually happen in both parties is one of those bombastic loudmouths on television. he is right. but at the chances? i'm not optimistic right now. i think that there are too many factors at play that i hope we
9:51 am
can get pass. but everything from a white house that seems determined to blow up every institution it ca from the judiciary to the media to its own party, the congress, to congressional representation that is to driven on both sides of the aisle, that is to driven by the way district lines are drawn now, and the importance o the base for each side, it is incredibly difficult to see a path right now out of the entrenched silos up both sides are living in john mccain leaving the senate is going to be a huge loss for that institution because of the fact that he seems to be one of thos people. there are still some on both sides that are willing to try t get past some of these fissures but they are dwindling in numbers.
9:52 am
before we start getting people who look that way, we are going to be in trouble. >> we've got a couple of minute left. you travel the country a doctor a lot of republicans. , talking about politicians, i' talking about businessmen the community leaders that have of the philip what they see. a not talking just trump and th congress and the democrats, how to the feel of what they seek going on. among people who are active in politics, party leaders, business leaders, to be in the the leaders that they increasingly. >> there ahead. bike at the republican governor in the president lead. but we have to put up with this drama. i'm starting to hear from ordinary americans who say it i too much. i'm tuning out. i'm tuning out. the problem is what ordinary people sat had enough of all of this is he is going to be stuck where he is stuck at that moment . what i'm afraid of this he has had a honeymoon, i'm not normal political honeymoon with that
9:53 am
american people. is not seized the opportunity and i think a lot of people are starting to say i am done. i've had it. he said plenty attempt to demonstrate who he was and has got the ability to get it done. maybe general kelly will get it done. maybe he will help turn it around. this depends upon the willingness of the president to change his behavior. >> thank you, panel. update our power player of the week from navy seal to governor mansion in the show me state.
