i caught up with dean on the street where his dumpster house was, he was given the house by two models, phil and shane, they wanted to give back to the community, they spend 4 days on the streets of new york, with minimal clothing, living as homeless people. >> it was extreme, conditions were rough, we slept outside. >> you can't pick a warmer day. >> we chose workdays. >> we spooned. >> while on streets they met dean, a homeless man who give them tips on how to survive, layers, and where starbucks was and how to arranger cardboard boxes. >> he was kind to two strangers to shows where you to sleep, and give us blankets and food.

legacy with my own photo shoot. wore one of myself fabulous vintage 1920's style flapper dresses. to remind martha about that great decade. this oak is a reminder how older trees are slowly becoming a dying breed, but there is a happy ending, martha's legacy will live on. the tree represents the circle of life, an acorn from martha were planted, new a new white oak tree has been cultivated. people are sad but also happy that martha will not be forgotten with this new tree. >> can you save an old piece of the tree for me. >> i don't know if i can get back. >> ashley, how long will it take

beach police department, after obtaining this report written by officer robert harriet, who said he was ordered to falsify record and bilk a bar fo for $200 for off-duty work, he never did. he said he was on duty, when sergeant under chief's instruct ordered him to report to ub social, a bar in union beach and clock in. paid for off-duty and on duty work. harriet thought that was double dipping, he submitted that off-duty report under duress, said he worked from 10:30p.m. to

2:30 a.m. at a bar. the conflicting times were circled by him. the bar was charged $2 40 but harriet was never there. where did that money go? who did it go to? ub social said inappropriate charges for off-duty officers are part of the reason they are no longer in business. the claim, the bar owners attorney said that he could not come beyond the notice that was publicly available, but they are planning on see suing the town for $1 million, alleging a campaign of systemic harassment by the chief and the mayor. i asked the mayor last week what he thought of the allegations? >> i thought it was horrible
