for the next four years. >> many eyes will be on philadelphia and suburbs which is home to, nearly 3 million of the the state's 8 million voters. fox 29's jennifer joyce is live in mt. airy this morning. jen, for governor, i'm going to vote for tom. >> reporter: that seems to be the popular prediction, there, chris. and i think a tom will win, what the polls are showing at this point in time that is tom wolf is actually leading by a wide margin for some of these predictions. a main sticking point seems to be education funding. both candidates have been aggressive in their campaign ads, wolf claiming that corbett took an ax to education by cutting $1 billion from the budget and corbett firing back saying he increased the budget by 1.5 billion according to government resources wolf a accused cuts are related to loss government stimulus fund which were always going away

only glasses and cell phone and shattered glass but a glove and what he described as a big switch blade knife being tested by detectives here. chris, kerry, one of the problems with this case was how the family found out about it. some of them telling me they found out through our live shot at 8:00 o'clock yesterday which was awful. other family found out this way, when they called her phone, wondering where she was that night, a detective answered it, when they said why do you have her phone. he said, we have reports that someone kidnaped her and it was found among the shattered glass and a knife. >> the video that we have on that surveillance camera is so good they would have to be making progress towards finding her but question i think for everybody this morning is does she know this person? is this random? what happened here? i guess we are still getting answers to that. >> reporter: answer to that question is two different ways. the family says they believe they know the guy. i don't know why they would think that since veteran police say no, she doesn't

know him. if she knew him he would not be kicking out his wines like she did. >> steve, stay on top of it and get back to us with any new information. chester county district attorney says domestic dispute is motive behind a murder suicide outside brandywine ymca in west brandywine township. this happened last night in the parking lot when the y was packed with hundreds have of people. according to police, a man opened fire, on a woman whom employees say work there as a fitness instructor. he then turn the gun on himself. >> very clear that the individual who did this, had planned what he was going to do. the exact details of what he did we are not releasing yet but this was in the anything that this woman would have ever seen coming. >> the brandywine ymca was put on lock down for several hours and no one else was hurt. authorities lifted a lock down at delaware state university after a student was shot at an off campus residence hall.

police say that while the shooter is still at large, investigators believe this was an isolated incident. shooting took place at living and learning commons a half mile from campus. victim is being treated in the local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. 4:11. a septa police officer is accused of committing a a lewd act on a subway car. you saw it first on fox. prosecutors charged 44 year-old kevin fant with indecent exposure and open lewdness. last week septa's social media team found a man committing a lewd act by himself on a broad street subway car. septa police say they immediately recognize him whom they say was off-duty when it happen. he is on administrative leave. he has been on the septa a police force for 12 years. disturbing notes scribbled by a local teen, a threat of an attack on her school, what else police found inside the notebook that makes this even more horrifying. and another national anthem makes national headlines but not for what
