and we have seen constant patrols all night since we first got here, just past 3:00 in the morning, for all of those who have been watching this story, for almost six weeks now, asking what's taking so long, why can't they catch him, keep this in mind, they're not searching for a lost puppy or little kid, who is being looking to be found themself. but accused killer sniper training who started this whole thing by taking deadly aim at two pennsylvania state troopers, from who knows how far away, so you're not just looking down for footprints, or tracks on the ground, but always looking up, and around, knowing that you can be easily taken out by someone with a sniper scope, on a powerful rifle, from as far as 500 yards, five football field lengths away. >> i wouldn't want to be looking for him. so i'm sure what they're doing is the safest way to look for him. >> i would prefer that they do keep the school shut, because you never know what he's capable of doing. >> my little guys in elementary, they kept crying mommy please don't send us,

around 11:30, two story row home in hunting park. fire chief says when crews arrive two minutes after the call came in, flames were shooting, from the first and second floor of one row home, and had already spread to the first floor of the home next-door north park avenue. fifty-eight minutes later, the fire was contained, and under control, but not without causing some major damage for families. and when it was all said and done five properties were damaged by the fire, 12 adults, six children, three pets, were left homeless. two men taken to temple hospital with minor injuries. that good samaritan that you spoke of says he was cents driving by when he saw the flames shooting from one home, he jumped out of his car and started knocking on doors. >> my first thought to go out, about like help the people. just did anything else anybody else would do. >> fire's everyone's fight. we want to encourage everyone to install a smoke alarm, one on every floor, one in every bedroom if possible. smoke alarms, may not prevent fires, but they do save lives. and gave you a early warning to get out. if they can't afford it, door

newark, delaware right now. we go up to the poconos mountains, where steve is this morning, still, raining up there. some pockets of some heavier rain moving in. and along the jersey shore, ocean county, seems to really have been hit hard with that rain this morning. back down in new castle county, delaware, townsend still rang there, as well as northeastern part of marm almostment some of us ends up with a inch of rain, some closer to 2 inches every rain by the time all is said and done. everybody will average about inch, inch and a half. temperatures this morning, 49 degrees in mount pocono, 54 in allentown. we have 57 degrees in philadelphia, it is not going to be much different, when we get our high temperature for the day, we don't expect temperatures to move much at all from the mid 50's, which is where we are right now. also, keeping an eye on the winds, because, they'll be kicking up out of the north, and that's part of the reason why things will be a lot chillier today, than they were yesterday. so, we have 9-mile an hour sustained winds, in philadelphia, right now, but a

then that ambulance, we believe, that is the ambulance that brought this passenger here at the university hospital. the man was brought hereby ambulance, after arriving at newark airport, spokeswoman for the cdc says he was identified during those enhanced screening procedures that passengers arriving from guinea liberia and sierra leone now have to undergo. spokeswoman also said that other passengers on his flight will be notified if they're deem to be at risk. starting today, all passengers arriving here in this country in those three west african nations cents, have to fly into one of the five airports, with the enhanced ebola screening measures in place. those airports being newark, kennedy, chicago, o'hare, washington, dullos, as well as hearts field, jackson in atlanta now, admittedly, that's not big policy change. already, those five airports, i just named, handled about 95% of the passengers arriving from those three west african nations, but still, that

to take his next shot at a big yellow target passing by, as schools are back open this morning, up here, but for the first time since accused killer and still armed eric frein was spotted real close to these three local schools here, that he knows real well, since he graduated, in pocono east high school here, 13 years ago, and wasn't a three sport athlete but on the five star sniper on the high school rifle team in a future crazed cop killer coincidence to be. the two sitings close to the schools on friday and monday and the latest by police officer, put frein's 25 miles from the original spot, where those two pennsylvania state troopers were shot, way back on september 12th, and outside that perimeter, that these 1,000 police officers were closing in on, up here. my little guys in elementary, they kept calling mommy, please don't send us, please don't send us, he's going to get us, i feel like hitting little too close to home. it is very frustrating.

schools and all around the schools yesterday, while they were closed, just as a precautionary measure, according to the school district website. but when you see police like this, we seen local police here, seen state police since we arrived, all of it should give people a good sense that the kids are going to be safe in these buildings today. specially, since we are from some residents yesterday saying hey if this guy has been cited by some people, and he didn't do anything, to avoid capture, like threaten them, or try to even steel their car, that shows he's not after any of the residents, or any of the kids, but, maybe, just solely after police for some unknown reason still. so if these credible sitings, mike, alex, can somehow through evidence, fingerprints, dna found to be confer site it is proves frein's art fully dodged these 1,000 officers who thought they had him pinned in a perimeter, now realize he's outside t way outside it. >> my gosh, all right, steve. i really feel for the families of these officers because, i mean, they're rolling around,
