two boys, and put them in the trunk. the vehicle reportedly a gray honda and it was pulling an orange food cart. we will keep you updated on that one. at 4:04 happening right now an ebola scare in delaware. a child from liberia is in isolation at bay health kent general hospital in dover. >> the child was admitted to the er with ebola like symptoms. gender and age are unclear at this point. doctors have completed an initial assessment following cdc guidelines for identifying cases of eye bowl a delaware office of infectious disease and cdc were notified on have that testing. the the hospital says that the child is past that 21 day maximum incubation period and cdc determines likelihood of ebola infection is extremely low. the patient will continue to be held at the hospital for observation until the cdc gives the all clear. meantime the first person to be diagnosed with ebola the in the u.s. has taken a turn for the the worst.

thomas eric duncan is listed in critical condition at that hospital in dallas. yesterday doctors said duncan is fight to go stay alive. duncan arrived on september 20th and felt ill a few days later. officials say he had close contact with ten people and dozens more may have been around him when he was showing symptoms of that virus. a massachusetts doctor who is back in the hospital after he was successfully treated for ebola a virus is not infect according to hospital officials. test results for doctor rick s ac ra, came back negative and cdc has confirmed that his symptoms are not due to the virus. he is now being removed from isolation and will continue to receive routine care, for a respiratory infection. at 4:05. ebola has been ruled out as a cause of sickness on board of a flight that returned to new jersey over the weekend. >> that plane landed at newark liberty international airport. the the flight was met the by medics on at kay with the passenger and his daughter were escorted off by medical officials. a man who had recently

>> reporter: good morning. we are told that the child will remain in isolation until the cdc and doctors here, deem it safe a for him to be discharge. according to bay health kent general the child from liberia was admitted to the hospital saturday after experiencing ebola-like symptoms. the hospital says it followed cdc guidelines for identifying suspect cases of ebola and child was placed in the isolation room. young patient was tested and cdc was notified. cdc declined to test the child because he was past the two # day incubation period and likelihood of havinge bowl ace extremely low. the child was symptom free last night but in isolation until cdc and doctors here at this hospital deem it safe, for the child to be released. kerry and chris? all right, jenny, thank you. happening right now, we're

with the very latest on this for us, steve, good morning. >> reporter: well, you know, majority of our viewers do not have medical degrees so they are seeing these viruses, both beginning with an e, ebola virus and now enterovirus and trying to figure everything out. that was the scene here last night at this meeting here and attendance at the school here was fine on friday, that was before the center for disease control finally confirmed on friday what little four year-old eli waller died from back on september 25th, 2 weeks before, and then the local medical examiner confirmed the virus killed him on saturday. so, since eli's only symptoms was pitching eye and he was only out of school one day before he died and because of all of these kids here, this this class and all of these parents wondering what to do, everybody is wondering what the attendance will be like today because the parents are worried about sending their kids here. >> they sent out a communication, that could have been better and i agree with that. we said that we would ramp that up. >> we're in the saying thinks over with, and that is what i would need to hear, it was an
