usually kids look forward to the start of school but the deaths of their three classmates, weighing heavily on everyone, everyone's mind here at council rock south. pack the school gym to remember the three sophomores who were killed on saturday morning. >> paid tribute, and the service was not -- was private i should say, media not allowed in, as a flood of family, friends, said good-bye to the three young men, school superintendent acknowledges the death of these students during the opening days of school is really just overwhelming, but the school doing all it can to help classmates cope. >> we're toll them whatever support is available through the school district or the community, willing to offer it at a moment's notice. >> while coming home from breakfast, the 2001 suburban they were riding in slipped on

have more on this in just a few minutes. meanwhile here at home, man in the hospital after being shot last night in philadelphia's pens port section. it happened at about 10:30, the 500 block of mcclellan street. mrs. say the victim shot in the stomach in critical condition. and septa planning a big change for the market street east station. the transit agency is expected to announce, that it is renaming that station to jefferson station, for nearly jefferson university hospital. selling naming rights great source of revenue and it will help septa's bottom line. and here we go again. my goodness, another possible credit card data breach this time it affect home depo. or we think doesment prepare improvement store says it is working with banks, law enforcement, to finds out if these hackers did indeed strike. home depo says it will let customers know right away if personal information has been compromised. several banks believe the breach may date all the way back to late april or early may, and experts say, if

the hands of isis terrorists. and the united states has now verified the authenticity of this very gruesome video. >> the brutal image of another beheading, steven sotloff executed by isis fighters in re tal takes for us air strikes in iraq. president obama trying to shore up us allies in astonia because of another foreign crisis ukraine had to respond what's clear provocation. >> those who make the mistake of harming americans will learn that we not forget and that our reach is long and that justice already will be served. >> always tried to help the weak. >> sotloff's mother last week had made a public plea for his release. his execution at the hands after apparently british isis fighter comes just two weeks after another us join list, james foley, met the same fate. and isis has promise that more will follow and suggested a british journalist could be next, unless the us backs off

yoga and be peaceful and all of that stuff. let's get started, though, with a look at what's going on as far as temperatures are concernedment because it is still pretty warm in the city. but out here in the suburbs, it is comfortable. we have 73 degrees in philadelphia. but it is in the 60s specially north and west of the city. and some of our jersey suburbs, as well, and we're in the middle of transitioning to a less humid air mass. so that's a good thing. so dew points have done down little bit. from what they were the past couple of days, of course we are got to 93 degrees yesterday. we had the thunderstorm rolling through. we really don't have too much to look at on ultimate doppler this morning, and that, believe me, is a good thing, so seeing plenty of sunshine in quakertown and i'm sure where you liver, as well. upper 80s today. couple of more days in the 90s, then things really transition over the weekend with thunderstorms on saturday, with cold front. and then much cooler temperatures for the first day of football on sunday. that will would be eagles football. temple football is on saturday.
