roadways will look like this morning. this is 422 right now, just touch and go, where ever you head out and it will be a slow go when you run into fog like this, karen. >> here's another, breaking news overnight, police are looking for two home invaders this happened at 1:45 this morning on the 1300 block of olney street in the logan sixth. police say a female bar owner was tied up for an hour in her apartment above her bar while her home was ransack. the thieves got away with some of the things inside including the woman's gun. she was in the physically injured. officials shut down beaches after a teenager was attack by a shark. this happened at the cape state park in sussex county there was a 16 year-old standing in 5 feet of water when he said something grab his left arm. he looks over and sees a shark swimming away. he was taken to the medical

center and treated for cuts and gashes. life guards and scientists will be out there this morning monitoring the water for shark activity. the beach should be back opened in four hours at 9:00 a.m. >> for the brave to go out in that water. farmers in the work to get i495 bridge open in delaware reopened to traffic. sabina kuriakose is live in wilmington with the very latest on than this this morning. we will get to sabina in just a moment. as you know, a contractor had been dumping dirt there. they removed that dirt and it looks like by all account those support beams may have gone back in the correct direction, have you heard anything about that. >> reporter: right now they are saying today they will finish removing all that soil. if you remembered what it looks like last week you can see eye ton of that soil is gone. they are saying that might have contributed to the tilting columns. you can see workers out there, on the hydraulic lifts looking at those columns in question

but at today's status update that dell dot will give us, the the big question is what the agency did or did not do after an alarmed driver called 911. here's what he tells the 911 operator, the concrete median on the northbound lanes from the bridge stood a foot taller then on the southbound side. he tells the 911 operator that something is wrong and he could not get a hold of anybody at dunn dot. we have more than one month to close elevated span have after noticing four support columns were tilting. now 90,000 vehicles drive over this bridge every day when it is open, much of that traffic has been displaced but local roads, since the closure. of course, testing a lot of peoples patients around here. today dell dot expects as we mentioned to finish removing that soil that may have contributed to the tilting of those columns but again more tough questions for dell dot,

considerate teams application today. to qualify for 82 million-dollar tax credit the sixers need to commit to bringing jobs to distressed areas. as you know camden is one of the nation's most impoverish cities. philadelphia airport workers will pack city hall to demand enforcement of their minimum wage hike n may mayor michael nutter sign an executive order and voters approved a raise to $10.88 an hour but airport workers say that they have yet to see the change in their paychecks. former eagles player irving friar has been offer a plea deal in connection with his mortgage fraud case. plea would have sent him to state prison for five years. friar and his mother are accused of obtaining loans without disclosing the other loans to banks. they pleaded not guilty earlier this year to those charges against them. a plea deal for his mother would mean probation. the pair have until august to september the deal. actor/comedian tracie morgan remains in critical but stable condition following the crash that killed one person

and injured several others. it happened along the new jersey turnpike and as morgan was leaving a show in delaware, this crash happened. now this morning we're hearing some of the 911 calls from drivers who saw that crash. >> it was a terrible accident. >> were you involved or are you just calling it in. >> i'm just calling it in. vehicle is turn over. do you know if anybody is injured. >> yeah, it is two vehicles, and a wal-mart truck. >> morgan had several broken bones. he is expect to remain in the hospital for several weeks. now, the morgan turnpike crash has put the the spotlight on sleep deprived truck drivers a cording to the criminal complaint, state police say kevin roper, the driver accused in this crash, may have been up for more than 24 hours straight before crashing into morgan's limo bus. by law truckers are only allowed to drive 07 hours a week and off for 34 hours,

tense moments for chester county residents who found their neighborhood on lock down monday morning all because of a bogus 911 call they got a call saying two people were shot dead inside their house and police better not show up. swat teams rolled in the 700 block of north reids road just before 4:00 o'clock in the morning not aware they were victims of a prank called

swatting. that it is when someone calls police to a location in which nothing happening. it cost police time and towns money. chester county d.a. says officers even confronted a woman out walking a dog at gunpoint. she lived in the house where the call was thought to have come from. >> she was very frightened to be confronted by armed men out in the middle of the neighborhood but to her credit she dealt with it professionally. >> okay. confused, but no injuries. investigators say the call came from a skype account and, they know, who they are looking for, no word yet on a motive. 5:16. same sex couples in wisconsin are rushing to get their marriage licenses and to get married this morning. more than half of the counties in that state of issued hundreds of marriage licenses, just since friday when a judge declared the state's ban on same sex marriage, was unconstitutional. so still the state attorney jennies appealing the decision after a federal court to stop the ceremonies, saying he does not believe that the new marriages are legally binding.

welcome back. it has been 37 days since six americans were detained in jail in honduras. >> they were working for a salvage company, rose marie is fearful for the group, her son devon butler is one of those detainees. she said group is living in deplorable conditions but being held on charges of firearms violations. their ship was intercepted by local police, they were seized and arrested. >> they have broken no laws.

pennsylvania and maryland. around east nottingham very heavy rain, possibility of flash flooding there all the waste up as we go north through lancaster county and parts of the berks county as well, the rain that we saw down in delaware that seems to have dissipated very quickly and that is what happens. it pops up and then goes away. so 70 degrees right now in philadelphia, very muggy outside. 61 degrees in mount pocono. seventy-two in dover, delaware. phillies are back home tonight, they are scheduled to play against the padres at 7:05. 79 degrees when the game begins but you will to have keep an eye out for pop up thunderstorms. it could happen at any time or a possibility of a shower as well and that goes for all of us today, tomorrow, thursday, and friday. basically unsettled weather with a variety of systems coming our way, by saturday and sunday though we do expect to clear out nicely and in fact, by sunday we expect to see low humidity as well, kacie. all right. looking at 422, not the best
