>> delaware pelted by mother nature's fury. ch trees winds that whipped through the region as a nor'easter brings a mix of rain and snow. a pleasant good morning toy morning, the big story on "action news," the aftermath of the nor'easter that blew through the delaware valley just yesterday, what a sight it was it left a wide path of downed trees, of course across the area. trees fell on top of the cars, and unfortunately, in one case, the driver was killed.

another person was taken to the hospital with head injuries. already grounds andds were no match for the nor'easter as it hammered our area. we have live team coverage. nor'easter meteorologist chris sowers keeping track of the winds that will continue today. roof of her car. the woman in her 30s had head injuries she was taken to temple university hospital she is in stable condition. a tree crashed on to a home on keller road in berywn, chester county. you can see the huge trunk went through the roof and straight to the first floor of this home, boy, that's a scary scene. thankfully no injuries were reported. as with any nor'easter there is concern about beach erosion and flooding along the jersey shore. the action cam was in atlantic city just last night we found that the strong wind gusts had tore siding off the highrise of the old trump plaza. snow fell into the night making summer feel like it's a long away -- way away. some people taking it in stride as they want out for a walk in the weather on the boardwalk. updates on the forecast a tap or swipe away.

itself is 300 miles off the coast. it's pushing the water back along the coastline. i put the chart up on this graphic. cape may harbor, what you're looking at, flood stage right here minor moderate middle age flooding. we're expecting moderate flooding in cape may harbor. it's on the fringe of major flooding. we're forecasting 8.1. moderate flooding over the next couple of hours in cape may harbor, as well as the steel pier in atlantic city. the tides get a little bit better until we get into sunday night and monday morning. more specifically, the morning high tide in cape may 8:44 a.m., moderate flooding, evening high tide 9:14 p.m.
