this special edition of "nightline," icons of change continues. dolly parton has been a hard-charging woman thriving in a man's world for decades. taking on sexual harassment in the work place long before hash tags existed. now she is being honored for her good work away from the spotlight. here is abc's david wright. backstage with dolly parton. even after more than a half a century, performing, she still says a little prayer. this isn't the sort of room she is used to performing in. >> miss dolly parton! >> this is the library of congress. >> i'm just so proud and so honored to be here today with you. >> the audience here, too young to know dolly parton's 25 gold and platinum records. her nine grammy awards.
