starts to are dry. temperatures are going backwards. we're starting out at 56, 57 degrees. by dinnertime, the numbers drop in the upper 40s and plunge in the 20s overnight. there's a winter storm watch for the northern suburbs, mercer county, bucks county, montgomery county, all counties outside of philadelphia. delaware county, chester county included into the poconos, this is saturday night we're looking at a probably one to three inch accumulation up here, in the northern areas we could go 3 to 6. we'll let you know when this arrives and when it ends in the seven day. karen, what are the roads like this morning. >> reporter: the roads are wet, when you head out, you don't have driving rains, but wet conditions that was enough to create big problems yesterday. montgomery drive, eastbound

tragic death. this is the video of the scone, the flipped over suv the mangled bike on the sidewalk. police say it happened yesterday afternoon at 4:15 p.m., the young girl was riding her bike along the 400 block of state street when a vehicle drimp by an 84-year-old man jumped the curb and hit her. the car hit a 40-year-old man on the front stoop of his home. 40-year-old victim and 84-year-old driver are in stable condition. the 8-year-old died at the hospital. >> we pride our ability to have our children go outside to play at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, that's something we worked hard to get. unfortunately we have the incidents that happen. the loss of any life is a poignant one is the loss of

community and to have the young child lose their life as such a young age is a loss for the future of the city. >> reporter: no word on whether the driver had a medical condition leading up to the crash. the specifics are being held by the camden county prosecutor's office. the names of the 17 victims killed in the school shooting in south florida. thousands came together to mourn those lost and pray for those who are injured. investigators are trying to figure out why the 19-year-old gunman opened fire. stephanie are a -- ramos is live

in florida. >> reporter: we've seen people in shock, trying to find strength anywhere after the deadliest school took place in their town. overnight thousands coming together in disbelief and grief. for the rest of my days, this will be engraved in my mind and i don't think it will ever go away. >> 17 victims names were ready out loud. >> reporter: some were chanting norm guns. many of the victims, teenage students, one in the school marching band. another on the way to college on a swim scholarship. some in their first year of high school. just knowing that his seat won't be filled next time i enter the class is heart wrenching.
