breaking right now police are investigating a possible murder-suicide in wayne. "action news" learn that two people were found dead inside of a home along the 200 block of highland avenue. police say they both had apparent gunshot wounds and they are waiting for a medical examiner to determine the exact cause of death. and investigators believe this was a case of murder-suicide. but have not released the name of the people involved. stay with 6 abc and 6abc.com for updates. we are also learning knew details about a fire tragedy that claimed two lives in north philadelphia. the home is now charred and the victims reportedly siblings. they died along west toronto street. >> jeanette reyes is live.

>> alicia. a neighbor and sister killed in the father and that man was the pit my of a good neighbor. and he lived in the home for 50 years. you see it's a charged frame of what used to be. >> i looked out the window and seen the smoke and then i came down stairs and said is there anybody else here standing around. 12:30 this morning firefighters responded to a blaze on the 1300 block of west toronto street off west broad street. and upon arrival crews saw flames shooting out of the first floor wind >> firefighters responded within a minute and a half and found heavy fire conditions on the first floor and wapdrapidly wen and put the fire down. >> it took 20 mines to get the fire under control and crews when inside and found the body

of a woman and the man was rushed to temple university hospital and had no vitals. >> remember them removed one person from the dwelling and that person was transported to temple and is now deceased. >> neighbors say the two occupants were siblings and this was their childhood home. he took cake of his sister and worked at xerox. >> everybody new him? >> yes. he went to work and minded his business. >> coming back out live to us. you see residents left a heart shaped balloons on the home and residents were surprised that their homes did not sustain damage and the neighboring homes no water damage and no smoke damage and they are heart broken over all of this, as far as the investigation into the cause of the fire that is not known and reporting live in north

windchill. it will stay mild. 2:00, 48 and 49 is the high at 3:00 and by 4:00, 48 degrees and 45 by 6:00. you see the clouds are fairly thick and maybe a sunny break today. later in the day and into the evening we are looking at the arrival of the showers as you take a look at future tracker 6 we see some of this popping up as early as 2:00 or 3:00 in the northern and western suburbs and starts to built in tonight and scoffs more of the area 10:30 tonight right in between when adam joseph goes on the air on phl 17 and cecily is on air on 6 abc we'll have rain to show you on radar. and watch the cold air from the north changing things over to snow. that will happen as the cold air chases the rain out of town early tomorrow and when i come back we'll talk about the possible impacts from the morning commute. and alicia a big shot of colder conditions once that snow is off

the coast. >> thank you. >> we'll start at the super bowl countdown and just three days and six hours to go for the sunday night showdown and a major moment for the entire team. there is one player in particular that is enjoying his time in minnesota, the state where he grew up. beau allen is a state athlete in minnetonka and returning to the native land to play the biggest game of his life. sara bloomquist is live in bloomington with reaction from allen and his very proud parents and the amazing homecoming. >> reporter: yes, that is for sure alicia. think about that, eagles defensive tackle beau allen came home to play in the super bowl. amazing. he grew up here in the minneapolis area, and in fact he told us he is something of a tour guide on the bus as the team makes its way around the city his home town, in fact.

we caught up with beau and talked to his parents about the home town hero. >> you cannot script this. it's amazing. >> cynthia and matt allen feel like they are living a story line from the silver jean. their son beau allen is home to play in the super bowl in minneapolis. >> so huge game collides with kid coming home to see mom and dad. >> he is just a big kid. >> a big kid that played a big part in one of the nfl's best defenses. and he played on the varsity football team all four years and sunday night he plays in the super bowl about 20 minutes from the place he group. >> when you are in the city you grew up in, it's a unique experience and awesome to go home. >> he did go home a couple of nights ago good i went over and it was just me and my parents

and hung out in silence it was nice and a lot going on this week. it was good to get back home and just chill. >> they had dinner and -- >> i bring laundry home and my mom did it for me. that was nice. >> the allens say the super bowl experience is overwhelming for them and their son. >> even beau a level headed calm kind of kid. he has been like whoa. >> they are confident that the eagles will win in the place their son calls home. >> they have to play their strong d. i think the offense will do just fine. they have to win in the trenches real hard and if they do that they will are going do to. >> he is from here but he loves living in philadelphia. he loves our city and loves the fans and appreciates their passion. of course his parents and many other relatives will be in the stadium for the super bowl game

a great day to get out and get your chores done and don't want to do it in biting winds tomorrow. dry conditions and we are socked in with clouds over the airport than is the story the rest of the day. maybe a sunny break here or there. and the temperatures treat us better than yesterday. right now 42 in philadelphia and winds from the southwest at 14 and a little breezy and technically a windchill of 35, and yesterday you were dealing with windchills in the 20s and today it feels better. 38 in allentown and 43 in wilmington and 41 in trenton and 43 in millville and cape may 45. and there are the clouds, out to the west sprinkles and showers building past pittsburgh it's possible that over the the next two to three hours we see this develop around philadelphia and most will hold off until later in the afternoon and evening though. mostly cloudy and light rain in the lehigh val

catches up with the rain. we see areas changing over to snow briefly and then off the coast by 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning. what to expect overnight tonight and into the morning rain giving way to snow briefly. it looks like a coating to an inch and that inch is up in the poconos and right here a coating to like a half inch. many roads are wet because it will take a while for temperatures to dip down to the freezing mark and allowing for slippery spots tomorrow and karen rogers is up early and on the air tomorrow to get through the rush hour and let you know if there is slick spots, really blustery and cold on friday. and still cold on saturday. and does warm up a bit on super bowl. a storm is coming in and producing precipitation starting before dawn as a little snow before it changes over to mainly rain during the day. and the possibility of a change over back to snow later at night. than is mostly in the far

northern and western areas in the poconos. and a lot of uncertainty with this and that is what we are looking at for super bowl sunday. and heading out to minneapolis it looks to be cold. morning snow on saturday and sunshine on saturday but a high of just 8 degrees. your exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast a mild high of 49 today. and rain overnight changing over to a bit of morning snow and it's gone and we say hi to punxsutawney phil in the morning and look out a high in the morning and afternoon we drop down to the mid-20s and it's windy and cold on friday. and still cold on saturday and sunday 42 with rain most of the day. and next week if you make plans, wednesday looks to be a rain day but tuesday and thursday are dry. might have something to do with center city. >> i have plans to go to a victory plans. just thinking about it and lets look at the forecast and we'll talk speaking of which the tailgating for the super bowl is
