weeks old to be specific. that's not confirmed by police just yet. behind me you see the police cars and investigators out here, this is the 5800 block of willows avenue. i want everyone to see and bring up video here. this was the view from chopper 6 hd when the call for an injured baby came in around 12:30 p.m. the child was taken to children's hospital where the child was pronounced dead. no details on what happened. the neighbors we spoke with at the scene don't know much only that the couple who moved into the neighborhood were the ones who lived here. they kept to themselves at this point. they are not too familiar with the people who live inside. back out here live, this is the scene regardless of the circumstances, a weeks old baby appears to have passed away, just a tragedy to start off the memorial day weekend here in the 5800 block of willows avenue. we'll get more details on this,

you're hitting the water, the coast guard wants to make sure you're safe that everybody in the boat has a life jacket and sits properly. there's different tiefers owe elife jackets if you're staying close to the shore or going out. chopper 6 hd is over the scene where a philadelphia police officer has been injured, as we are looking right there following a traffic accident in the tacony section of the city. looks to be one officer that is being put into the emergency vehicle and ambulance right there and taken to the hospital. here's what we know right now. the accident happened before 5:00 p.m. in the area of torresdale and robins. in the city's tacony section. there are two injured officers following this traffic mishap here. we're told that the injuries do not appear to be life threatening, looks like they are will be transported to the hospital details of the accident we're still trying to determine, but again, two officers were

injured in the traffic mishap we're looking at the vehicles involved. looked like the blue car slammed into the cruiser there, happened before 5:00 p.m. the tacony section of philadelphia. we'll bring you more details as more information becomes available to us. we're wishing the officers the best, their injuries do not appear to be serious, as far as as we've been told tonight. >> the mortuary at dover air force base is under investigation following allegations that john glenn's remains were mishandled. the alleged incident happened three months ago when an inspection team was on base, a mortuary employee offered to show the remains to pentagon inspectors. the mortuary was caring for his body at the time. dover was criticized back in 2011 for mishandling military remains. several people were killed

distance from this visitor. mary lee the shark is on her way to the area yet again. the great white was spotted the past few summers. she was tracked off the coast of virginia and maryland, but she has been tracked as close as atlantic city. >> well there was an early celebration at a rest stop along the atlantic city expressway. they had food and trucks andaryn the goodies is the free toll, for one had your from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all tolls are free for all eastbound drivers. the delaware beaches a popular destination. this is a look at traffic on i-95 in delaware just about an hour ago. you can see heavy volume that appears to be moving at a good clip. >> a lot of people on the move as we take a look at the rest of the traffic in the area. >> coming back to the "action news" traffic center with an update.

throughout the weekend, townsend inlet bridge is closed and 55 coming to 47 maurice river township. two police officers were injured in a crash with another vectors daily and robins -- torresdale and robsens avenue. the crash happened before 5:00 p.m. their injuries do not appear to be life threatening. no word on how the crash happened or who was at fault. well this weekend, of course, is about more than spending time at the beach. this is a chance to reflect on and honor the svi nation'sen. in marlton today, lieutenant colonel william wallace visited the elementary school where students thanked him for his service. he served for 20 years and

deployed in combat nine times. he was presented with a congressional pro claimings honoring his serb vis. >> fallen military heros in atlantic county were honored this afternoon this is the 33rd annual veterans memorial he atlantic county veteran cemetary. local scout troops placed flags on 4400 gravesites earlier this week. on this memorial day weekend thousands of new flags are flying at arlington national cemetary to honor the men and women who served our nation over the decades. soldiers place the flags at the fallen military honoring sacrife who came before. >> you just wonder who was this man, who was this woman that had integrity and had that
