man seen in this surveillance video 50th and haverford that shot edward lynn six times back on august 29, apparently lynn accidentally bumped into him and the gunman opened fire. lynn remains in critical condition and authorities are looking for two other men linked to this case. from our delaware newsroom tonight newcastle county police say they're investigating the beating of a mentally challenged that that was posted on anti-bullying web site. that video has gone viral. you can see vevrl teenagers attacking the man in the gray tee sirt when the victim tries to get up and runaway he's punched and kicked repeatedly or as other people watch or in some cases chip in. we're following the story and we'll have more tonight on "action news" at 11. now to the latest on the situation in iraq. and the sweat from isis. president obama announced today he will address the nation on wednesday night to outline his strategy against the terrorists.

keeping us nice and dry. we'll widen out the picture however and we're tracking cold front that moved through yesterday pushed offshore. but you do notice moisture garageerring there's an area of low pressure over south carolina and into georgia and some spills north ward monday night into tuesday. we'll time things out to you. future tracker 6 on monday showing it's not a bad day. sun to start the day. sun will give way to increasing clouds. you notice 6:00 in the morning it's dry for the morning commute and fair amount of cloud cover south and east of city. as we get into the afternoon hours you notice, 3:00 in the afternoon it looks to be mostly cloudy as we into more early wind come monday afternoon. so that area of low pressure to the south will stay away from the region and with easterly wind. moisture will work its way east ward and north and east ward. here's what to expect as we get to monday night and into tuesday more specifically. for northwestern suburbs nice mixture of sunshine and clouds and dry by tuesday.
