rescue four other people from the rough waters yesterday. firefighters in western pennsylvania pulled out all the stops to save a boy who got stuck to save a boy on a steel beam on a bridge. the boys had a a few bumps and bruises. he is not out of the woods just yet. the teen's father said he plans to ground his son for that stunt. about 100 miles of the pennsylvania turnpike will get the state ps first 70-mile per hour speed limit. the zone will run from the blue mountain interchange to the morgantown interchange. they were authorized by the transportation funding law, more speed limit changes are expected to be announced next week. rhythm is on the rise today. international musicians will be

sunshine, well see clouds from both systems, one to the west and one to the south. normally this is the guy we have to watch, because it's forming over water, but the upper level steering winds will push this out to sea and away from the delaware valley. philadelphia sits right there. this guy will come in underneath and pull out to sea. we won't have to deal with the moisture, with the exception of a brief spritz or sprinkle from the jersey shore to seaside heights. later on this afternoon, really just a lot of clouds out there, it's going to be a quiet day, comfortable in the low 80s. spritz or sprinkle wildwood and cape may first thing in the morning. we'll see clouds decrease, they will thin out and the sun will shine through. i don't think you'll see any of the moisture here sunday afternoon. sunday is another quiet day. the weekend doesn't look too bad. nice and pleasant.
