ben franklin bridge westbound bridge delays. south philadelphia, it's the right lane getting by in both directions near the walt whitman bridge causing slowing, but, again, the crews should clear soon. tam. >> this morning we're starting with breaking news, investigators are trying to figure out how a couple of died in their philadelphia home and we've learn that they are relate to do a top city official. katherine scott is live in the 2500 block of north spangler street. she's got more details. good morning, catherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, police are trying to figure out this out, family members say they last spoke to the couple yesterday there was no sign anything was wrong. there daughter who has their own home, but sometimes comes to stay here, stopped by last night and she was the one who found the couple dead in the stairwell. somebody called police after report of her screaming.

you can see family members, loved ones gathering around the corner of the home. investigators are trying to determine the cause of death. there were no obvious signs of trauma. their nephew is deputy streets commissioner, donald carlson. before 1:00 a.m., police responded to the strawberry mansion home for report of a person screaming that was the couple's 39-year-old daughter who had found her 66-year-old mother and 79-year-old father unconscious. they were pronounced on the scene. the fire department went in with meters, but they didn't get any reading of fumes. it appears the victims were horders. the deputy commissioner said his aunt was the oldest of 1 and retired and a nurse at hanheman for decades. >> they haven't labeled it a homicide as of yet. details are sketchy they have

been on this particular block for over 40 years, they were a couple that bothered no one, both were retired. >> the medical examiner will conduct autopsy to determine the cause of death. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> new this morning, an 18-year-old is recovering from a gunshot wound. shots rang out on west style street in the city's brewerytown section past midnight. police say the victim was shot once in the chest. he was hospitalized in critical condition. no word on a suspect or motive. new this morning, warminster police are asking for your help in identifying this man. these surveillance pictures were taken at the coast -- kohles department school. she said this man was peeking into the dressing room. when she confronted him, he said

he was looking for his wife. security video found the man wandering around the store for five hours. police say they arrested the murderer of laura araujo. jeremiah jackson confessed to beating her and strangling her and putting her body into a duffle bag. he suffered burnings while setting the victim's car on fire. the investigator that interviewed jackson at the hospital heard the victim's name on the news and realized it matched the registration. he called police and promptly arrested jackson. students in and some state officials proposed a tuition freeze. last career the school raised --
