chester county family targeted in a cool prank prompting a large police response. someone called 911 and claimed there was a killing at a home in the 700 block of north reed road in it was a prank and we have the full story. water? >> as mentioned, swatting subpoena a very dangerous prank when should be sends in an emergency call of a person with weapons and holding host averages and that prompted the swat team to go to the home of the innocent party. the people involved in the case think the prank was not funny at all. meredith dunbar says she had the worst morning of hire life. >> my children were up to the state police with guns at their heads. >> dunbar said it started very early this morning when she was outside feeding her horse where is a heavily armed swat team surrounded her house after receiving reports that an armed

man was inside of her home. dunbar said she was in complete disbelief as the swat team leader explained why they were there. >> i wasn't sure if anyone was alive or dead. i was told that somebody had called and said that they had killed our entire family and were overdosing themselves on heroin. >> it turns out it was a prank and now the chester county d.a. is very anxious to bring the person responsible to justice because he says that the pranksters do not seem to realize they are playing with fire. >> if somebody who sees a swat team, a bunch of guys with automatic weapons about to make entry into a house grabs a gun, they are going to get shot, they are going to get killed and it will be the fault of the idiots making the swat calls. >> and she believes she has no idea who is behind it. >> i think it is have been in xbox live and skype.

construction was engulfed in fire in chester county this morning erupting at 6:00 a.m. at mcfar land and rosedale roads. and they got control in 20 minutes and nobody hurt. new details about the crash injuring comedian tracy morgan and killing his long-time friend and writing partner. they were traveling on the new jersey turnpike when the limo bus hit by a tractor-trailer. and in the satellite center now with the latest on the investigation. >> risk, investigators say that the wal-mart truck driver accused of causing this deadly accident had not slept in more than 24 hours. meanwhile, tracy morgan is recovering in critical condition in a new jersey hospital. with his fiancee by his side. >> 911, what is your emergency? >> newly released 911 calls about the crash that killed one person and sent comedian tracy morgan and others to the

hospital. and the deadly crash blamed in part by sleep deprivation. and the complaint noted that the driver of the wal-mart big rig allegedly setting off the chain reaction accident saturday was operating the truck without having slept for a period in excess of 24 hours. that driver, keven roper, charged. accused of hitting morgan's limo on the new jersey turnpike causing it to slam into other cars and overturn. >> it felt like an explosion. i just remembered the impact and the vehicle going by. i climbed around and heard tracy screaming for help but i couldn't reach him and pull him. >> and james mcnair died at the scene. morgan and three others still in critical condition. the former "snl" and "30 rock" treated for a broken leg, feeler, nose and self cracked

speeds of 100 miles per hour on several freeways and he eventually exited and pulled over in a north hollywood neighborhood and then ran off with what appeared to be a rifle. he hid for awhile in a backyard, even later up here climbed on a rooftop. then he got down, no sign of him for awhile. area schools were locked down and residents urged to stay inside. a reward now being raised for information on the missing malaysian airlines flight. relatives of five of the people on board the missing jetliner are trying to gather $5 million to do what they say is get the truth. it disappeared and 24 hours later the campaign raised more than $5,000. they are scouring sections of the indian ocean and have not found one trace of the plane. overseas, structuring issues with a landmark in paris.

many traffic cameras in norristown. police shutdown the street in both direction and the dan hower bridge and it is because of the flooding it. up and see some of the problems, and traffic is re-routed around alarming body of water. we are told up to three feet of water in some areas of norristown. and people are urged to be careful around manhole covers it, there are reports of them popping out of the ground. they have their hands full tonight and traffic issues to be aware of if you travel through the area. and we will update you as more information is available from nor

turnpike from chester to montgomery county, also chester county. also downingtown, malvern and player ups, oranges and yellows in that region. the heaviest concentration of flooding rain in southern parts of montgomery county moving away from norristown along the northeast extension. still along the turnpike torrential rain. and route 263. in fact looking at rainfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour. and these storms only moving north and east 15 miles an hour, to releasing a lot of rain. and they are sitting over the same locations. and that is why the national weather service in this location has a flash flood warning in effect until 8:15. just to the south and east of east norton near horsham and abington. and also around conshohocken and that section, just south of conshohocken in philadelphia county to the north and east of ardmore and parts of month

monday down -- montgomery county. the temperature 78 in philadelphia, 80 millville, 84 dover where it is dry. and the lehigh valley 72 degrees. no matter what your temperature is, it has been extremely humid this afternoon. and that humidity is what is allowing a lot of water to be released from the atmosphere. in fact with the temperatures, so far in the last three years. 93% of the time we already hit 90 degrees once in philadelphia. since we haven't this year, it is going to be the latest we have seen a 90-degree day since june 23 of 2003. and satellite and radar showing downpours this morning, and some of them bubbling up this afternoon and mainly along the pennsylvania turnpike. it is a general flavor of this week, it will remain unsettled for pretty much the next four days. tuesday, wednesday, thursday into friday. each day very humid with clouds and sunshine with some of the
