i-95 looking past girard southbound very heavy at this point as we look past allegheny to girard. northbound things are moving okay, we have the extra construction going on start tonight. so we have the construction zone already in the overnight from i-95 northbound from vine to girard, now as they are extending it a mile and half as we look past allegheny. we'll be seeing in the extra construction in the overnight hours during the day tomorrow, for the first time when you drive out it will look a little bit different, because they are moving the concrete barriers, but the extra construction starts tonight. >> well, a woman goes to craig's list looking for a job, but instead a man falsely lured her to his delaware county apartment and sexually assaulted her. she is sharing her story an asking other victims to come forward. >> katherine scott has more on the story. >> reporter: good morning, tam, police called this guy a true

predator. they believe there could be more victims out there. they hope that the victims have the courage to come forward. meanwhile, 42-year-old kevin cornish remains behind bars. he was arrested on friday. the 18-year-old victim spoke with "action news" she is a young mother from philadelphia. she answered an ad on vague's list for a job -- craig's list for a job always home health age. because she didn't have transportation he drove her back and forth in his gray does an. he called her back to say a job had opened up. he forced her to sign paperwork for a sex for higher company. he took pictures of her and raped her. police found signed applications from 50 other women. she swore she wouldn't say anything if he drove her home,

she called her mother and she called the police. >> i think the first reason they won't go forward is because they are afraid of him. but they don't have to be afraid of him because else in jail. if there's other victims out there, they have to come forward and tell their story. >> reporter: cornish is being held on $250,000 bail. he was charged with several offenses including rape and human trafficking. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> the philadelphia archdiocese has reinstated a priest named in the grand jury report for sex abuse. he isment last of 11 priests all back in service due to a lack of evidence against them. 14 others were permanently removed. it is 6:05. a trial is expected to begin today for a man accused of shooting a philadelphia police officer that tops our look at the week ahead. eric torres faces a number of

charges including attempted murder. prosecutors say he shot and critically wounded officer edward davis inside a felton store in 2013. the economic development authority is expected to meet tuesday to formally approve the sixers request to move the practice facility to the city of camden. they want to build a practice facility on the camden waterfront. the team hopes to break ground in october and plans to move in 2016. games will still be plated at the wells fargo center in south philadelphia. 2014 world cup begins in brazil. teams arrived over the weekend and players have been training and preparing in friendly matches. brazilian unions are staging demonstrations and strikes demanding better salaries. something good sometimes

bad. dewpoint continues to rise. it's going to be a rather humid one today. winds are light at 5 miles per hour. salt light and radar showing you once we get rid of this morning rain over the next couple of hours we'll get into a period of the day where we're mixing clouds and sun. but it's humid out there and unstable and later in the afternoon anytime after 2:00 p.m. or so we have the chance of more showers developing. because the air mass will be so humid some of this could produce a heavy downpour, okay. that's going to be the pattern for the rest of the workweek. anything that forms could produce a downpour. tonight's rain is tapering off at 11:00 a.m. or midnight. as we roll through the day, 71 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m., 78 degrees and we spend the afternoon in the low 80s and on and off showers and drenching thunderstorms in a couple of spots. high temperatures cross the region in the 80s. up north, upper 70s and mid

it off to the side. right now you're looking at the jam up. northbound jammed from highland avenue to the commodor barry bridge. in addition to the accident you can kind of see the weather conditions out there, just nasty. that's part of the problem. when we go to the waze app we can travel along i-95 we're seeing speeds at 15 miles per hour as we are traveling northbound on i-95. you watch the jam up past 322 to the commodor barry bridge so it's slow go at this point on i-95. you want to give yourself extra time for sure right there. in new castle county i want to remind you about 495 remaining closed indefinitely between 12th an terminal avenue. i-95 northbound would be a good alternate for you today, but not today with all the troubles. stick to 295 in new jersey with the green traffic flow. septa, the regionals rails, the trenton line experiencing 15 minute delays due to amtrak

had steadier rain coming down before, but not as steady here at channel 6. to the west of philadelphia we're seeing quite a bit of drying. some of you on the on the other hand are looking at cells highlighted in yellow, in parts of northeast philadelphia and bensalem and trenton and bucks county. we are going to get out from under this over the next couple of hours. as we take a wide view on satellite we'll get breaks in the clouds and sun returning and it's warm and humid and unstable and more showers and drenching thunderstorm is possible. 67 degrees in philadelphia. it is raining in the city. you'll want the umbrella as you step outside. as we roll through the day it will be warm and humid, we'll spend the afternoon in the low 80s. 73 by 9:00 a.m., 75 by noon, we're getting sticky and on the humid side, certainly. as we get past lunchtime there's a chance of spotty showers and thunderstorms.

but in this air mass they could produce drenching downpours. 82 is the high at 3:00 p.m. karen it stays unstable through the workweek that means drenchers are possible. >> reporter: the roads are wet we have couple of problems, i-95 jam up northbound in delaware county. 452, that's the commodor barry bridge. we had an earlier accident on bridge but it's cleared. but we have a 16 minute ride from delaware to the blue route. we have a single-vehicle accident hatfield montgomery county, fair grounds road and clemens road. we have a disabled vehicle blocking the road at highway 1 northbound. we want to he radio mind 495 -- remind you that 495 is closed indefinitely.

traffic jams four months after they happened. brigette kelly was named as the ruling leader. >> wabc michelle charlesworth is live outside the robert wood johnson hospital in new brunswick. good morning, michelle. >> reporter: good morning, tracy morgan is still in critical condition and so are two of his friends in critical condition this morning. tracy morgan broke his leg terribly, his ribs and is nose. the 35-year-old truck driver who is charged with causing the fatal crash saturday at 1:00 a.m. is 35 miles per hour his name is kevin roper. this wreck killed his good friend and mentor james mcnair known as jimmy mack. he with as in the limo and five other people being drove slowly when it was rear ended and

in some areas, we're seeing drying south and west of philadelphia. nonetheless we have heavier cells march you up the i-95 corr from baltimore. a lot of this is highlighted in yellow it's enough to slow you on the roads. looks like it's on the new jersey new jersey turnpike and wood bury. and toward medford lakes and in philadelphia it's pushing through northeast philadelphia and popping into areas east of jenkintown and going in closer than that. trenton picking up one batch and up in trenton you'll be getting the second batch moving out of jenkintown and willow grove right now. as i leave you with the wide view we're seeing it diminish in the morning rush hour. there's a batch pushing across the delaware bay that may be one for south jersey. as we look outside we have cloudy skies across the region. the clouds have gotten lower now that the rain has pushed through

the meade philadelphia region. off in the distance where it's hard to see the horizon is where the heavier rain is pushing away from us. 68 degrees in millville, feels muggy out there. 70 in dover, delaware. as you look at the morning rain when you look at that we'll get into a period of the day where we see clouds mixing with sunny break, in this unstable air mass when the sun starts cooking things up, we'll see the rei ignition of some showers and can't rule out a thunderstorm. this is the 4:00 p.m. view on future tracker. 6:00 p.m. view a thunderstorm is possible. 10:00 p.m. we're looking at this lingering. after 11:00 p.m. it starts to die down. in allentown, 77 degrees, clouds and sun, humid, a thunderstorm can't be ruled out.
