>> saturday night and the weather is right. melissa magee has the splendid weekend forecast. plus three gunman terrorize a local pharmacy clerk. the big story on "action news" is developing at this hour. tracy morgan has been critically injured following a deadly accident in new jersey. he was returning to new york when his limo bus was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer on the new jersey turnpike. the impact set off a

chain-reaction crash that killed his friends and critically three others including the actor. let's go to kenneth moten. >> reporter: walter charges against the tractor-trailer driver have come downloading the free 6abc news app. tracy morman is in the icu. at this hour there are serious concerns after that 1:00 a.m. turnpike collision. this was the scene overnight on the turnpike in cranberry township. this walmart tractor-trailer slammed into a limo bus carrying actor funny man tracy morgan. the comedian and several others were on the bulls when it's the tractor-trailer driver fell asleep at the wheel. the crash left the 30 rock star critically injured. they were airlifted to johnson wood hospital in new new

the panic stricken driver slammed into a fence outside a prison. the man who was shot in the head was pronounced at the scene. at last check authorities say they have no suspects and no known motive for the attack. police are looking for three men who terrorized a pharmacy clerk in northeast philadelphia earlier this week. this is video from the bluegrass pharmacy on the 2400 block of welsh road. one of the suspects forced the clerk to his knees. the worker tried to run, but was stopped at the door by another suspect. investigators tell us one of the suspects was actually caught on camera inside the store the day before the robbery. if you recognize that man or any of the of suspects call philadelphia police. we turn now to what has been a splendid saturday all across delaware valley. the region was sun kissed and that affection will continue.
