in the house on abby view avenue, and davisville road. they are telling residents to shelter in place, and "eyewitness news" will update that, as the morning continues. winter chill and lack of water supply complicated fighting a fire in bucks county. they got to a large two story home on curly mill road in new britain township. everyone did get out okay but you home is a a total loss. fire fighters have two problems lack of hydrants in that area and below freezing temperatures. >> the main part of it but hose lines freezing up and making it hard on the guys working on the fire. the big thing too is there is a lack of water supply here so we had to truck in water. that made it difficult also to fight the fire. >> bucks county fire marshall is trying to determine how that fire started right now. lakewood police charged a driver for hitting a child crossing the street and disregarding a school bus stop sign. this happened around 5:30 at the intersection of clifton avenue and kerry street. authorities say the eight year-old boy was pinned under the car and dragged 80 feet before the driver stopped. investigators charged michael adler with reckless driving and illegally passing a school bus. developing right now a major break, in the search for missing air asia flight 8501. indonesia's a search and rescue chief says divers and unmanned under the water vehicle did spot a section of the plane's tail in the java a sea. that find is an important one for investigators since the plane's voice and data recorders are stored there. so far, 40 bodies have been

"eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us from pennsauken camden county where that code blue advisory has been lifted not too long ago nicole, good morning. >> reporter: good morning ukee and erika. code blue in camden county lifted as of 7:00 this morning. but it still feels really cold out here. basically if you are heading out this morning and you want to drive smart and dress smart, you can see i'm following my own advice here this morning. i've got the the hat gloves, leg ins and wooly socks. you cannot see those but you have to take my word for it. it depend who you talk to how bad this winter season is looking. >> i didn't really used to hate the this time of the year. now that i'm older and turf do big girl things like go to work and like i can just hide in my room all day that is when i start to had hate it. >> it is not too bad. i don't think we got what we're going to get yet. >> reporter: oh, no. >> i told you i'm a winter person, i'm waiting for it.

>> reporter: so a crazy tyrone, is there more to come. and it really is early in the season. so i'm sure that will prove to be true. you can see route 38, it is looking g the road is pretty clear. motorist are not having much trouble this morning but definitely can get slick. some of the streets, side streets, are still snow covered. so you want to take it the slow. it the is a good reminder to check on those elderly neighbors. maybe your loved ones. just make sure they are dealing with this bitter cold as well as you are. because it is certainly not fun out here. it is frigid. we are live from camden county, nicole brewer "eyewitness news" at cw philly. >> nicole, thanks for that look. 8:32. here's katie. >> memories of the polar vortex have begun, right. last year this very aim same time in fact was the last time that we saw temperatures, that are going to get as cold as they will tomorrow. specifically. but, we obviously have some snow from yesterday. it wasn't much but we're not going to see this melt away anytime soon. just two sets of tracks out here at beach patrol headquarters, not too much footprints in the sand or the snow this morning out at the era use beaches and it is not terribly windy yet but that breeze has been creeping up on us. looking at storm can three in the last couple of hours on the loop, things have generally cleared out but look closely over our area there are a few speckles of purple showing up. it is all lake enhanced wind driven snow flakes. you will not see it necessarily stick and fall and accumulate anymore than what we saw yesterday but it might be out there you might see a

few flakes flying. don't be surprise by that. 22 degrees is our actual air temperature at the airport but does feel colder. generally speaking feels no better than teens at any point today. that is what we are dressing for but we do expect to on the thermometer hit 26 degrees. we have a few flurries couple clouds and sun. it is definitely a winter day. by tomorrow, it is even colder. vittoria. >> thanks very much, katie. good morning, everyone. it definitely looks like a winter day traveling on the eastbound side of the 30 bypass, we have some of that sunshine out there, it is definitely causing sun glare. we have some snow on the road, and that is adding insult to injure and it looks to be that could have been the cause of an accident. eastbound on the 30 wye pass, a approaching, business route 30, you will net is the activity. traffic is squeezing on by. because of that it is causing quite a delay in that area. give yourself some more time. they have switched up the cameras on us, earlier we were at girard avenue, right around a -- now we're at 95. i'm just going to keep moving. let's say this 95, schuylkill expressway, vine street expressway we're seeing delays on all of them. ninety-five primarily out of the northeast down to the vine. traveling on the schuylkill high volume westbound approaching city avenue out past gladwynn and eastbound around the curve. pennsylvania turnpike we have ab accident on the northeast extension southbound at lansdale affecting the ramp there. be careful of. that also new jersey turnpike southbound at 206, we have an accident, mass transit watch out for delays on regional rail lines. will all regional rail lines of about 15 minutes. ukee. vittoria, thank you.

funeral services for shane montgomery are set for friday, a and this morning we are learning more about a special group of volunteer divers who finally found his body, and brought his family closure. todd quinones has this "eyewitness news" exclusive. >> thinks called the rescue truck. >> reporter: it was 59 year-old diver and y passco who found shane montgomery's body at the bottom of the schuylkill river on saturday. he was wrapping up, running low on air but decided to look a little bit longer. >> i was doing a zigzag pattern, you know, just looking around, and then i came up on shane. it was in a current. so, i held on to him. i put my hand on him so he didn't go away in the current. just because i didn't want to lose him. >> reporter: the the 21 year-old disappeared after leaving a manayunk pub early thanks giving morning. passco volunteers for a group called garden state under water recovery units. they are based in this cramped building in milford number. their budget comes strictly from donations. they pick it up, beyond the region after police and rescue divers have to move on leaving family members no one to turn to help find their loved one. >> we have members that are doctors, that are pharmacists that are plumbers, carpenter. >> reporter: search area in the schuylkill the divers were looking in was about 2,000 feet long, 270 feet wide and a water temperature was about 36 degrees. >> on a good day they could see it, and it is always dangerous. passco new anguish montgomery's family was going through in their search for

rather lake wind driven snow that you tend to find this time of the year coming down wind of lake erie. we will zero in on chester county specifically here. we are still finding a couple pockets here east nottingham and anywhere that you see any of those speckles of the purple you will very likely end up with just a few snow flakes. it is no sir going to add to it from yesterday. you can do it, babe, babe it is having a case of what i day sit, tuesday, wednesday. >> wednesday. >> we tried. we will look at the wind chill. what i wanted to show you was the the fact that we are seeing this arctic front dropping through here and that is what not only taking the wind up but it is what will send these temperatures on a nose dive. by this same time tomorrow here's how it feels. brutal brutal stuff, tomorrow is where we will bottom out between 15 to 20 below zero for wind chill values across the poconos and more like sub zero but at least a little closer to zero around say southern new jersey and most of delaware. you're witness weather three day forecast featuring temperatures in the 20's here. we will see some sun and feel that wind and you cannot go by these numbers. you have to factor that in and dress for wind chill rather than the thermometer, vittoria. >> thanks, katie. still keying dealing with schuylkill, vine street expressway, it is rush hour. but also we are still recovering from two earlier accident. one northbound and then one southbound right around the the area of route one here. so if you are traveling with northbound and southbound in this area you have to give yourself more time. still very slow.

net is in that shot and this shot of the 30 bypass we still have some snow, covering some of the roadways, so that is also affecting your rush hour commute and making things slower. with the sunshine that you'll find today will cause sun glare this morning. on the eastbound side of the 30 bypass we are still dealing with an accident not too far from business route 30, compromising one of the lanes here and add to go that delay. also traveling the pennsylvania turnpike the extension, southbound, we have an accident and lansdale that is also causing a little bit of the delay. we have a lane blockage there. all regional real lines across the board are experiencing 15 minute delays. so if you are usually a regional rail commuter make sure that is one area you do give yourself some more time. also, in new jersey we have an accident on the southbound side of the new jersey turnpike at route 206, if you are traveling our area bridges, they are not awful. if you are traveling ben franklin bridge, however, i would say expect delays making your way down toward eighth and vine, ukee. quick look at our headlines, breaking news this morning at least 12 people have been killed in a shooting at the offices of a satyrical newspaper in paris. france's president called it a terrorist attack but there have been no claims, of any responsibility, two masked gunman got away. newspaper office was firebombed in 2011 as well after publishing caricatures of mohammed. here at home below freezing temperatures that was just one problem faced by fire fighters battling this house fire in new britain township. fire fighters say that the results of a shortage of fire hydrants, there were no injuries. a driver faces charges
