this fire. but, "eyewitness news" was there, overnight, as the flames tore through. >> scary site halloween morning, as dozens wait to find the upper level of their apartment building fully engulfed in flames. >> oh, i never seen a fire like this a day in my life. i never seen it. it was flames, fire, everywhere up there. >> it was just before midnight, firefighters were called to the 6200 block of chestnut street, for reports of heavy fire. >> i had no idea going through my home where i live at. to come see it burn down, craze. >> i samantha didn't believe it at first, when officers came knocking, she didn't answer until -- i mean, he kicked that door in. and the whole door was boom. when i came outside the whole

shooting for the upper 40's at best, up in the poconos where it has been so cold, so far this morning. vittoria? >> thank you so much. katie, good morning, everyone, happy halloween. traveling out and about, it is not awful. we do have few situations that definitely aren't great. traveling on 95, in the southbound direction, we are dealing with an accident that is compromising right hand lane. of course it will affect the situation that you're already in, the close quarters, through construction zone, as you try to head into downtown philadelphia. so you will need to give yourself more time. it is that delay on top of rush hour traffic, and again, that small small corridor that you have. if you are traveling on 476, we do have northbound delays on the blue route between 95, as you make your way out toward broomall upper darby. dealing with serious accident for quite some time. cleared little bit ago. but still trying to recover from that. if you are traveling, in new jersey, i195 eastbound, just before broad street, rena drive, do have accident on the left hand shoulder. so just be careful maneuvering through. that will also the burlington

>> tracking one storm system here over the great lakes, this might be one of the worse halloween forecasts for a place like chicago, that you have seen in years, but this storm, holds off for us, ends up with pretty decent halloween forecast, little trick here to go along with your treat. we do have a second piece of energy, these two eventually merge, they become one large monster storm system for southeastern new england, specially, so watch what happens here. as thee two storms start to merge. we look ahead to late tonight, probably seeing showers as early as that point, but just stock, in some showers, some clouds, especially from philly on southeast, you might see some steadier rain pocket move through with this, the breeze kicks in, the chill sets in. all of it. but the brunt of the storm, once these two merge, again, it is happening after it start today pull away for us. so we start to clear out nicely. by sunday morning, look at this, winds will crank, i give that you. but we in for nice bright sunshine. we bring it back to your friday forecast, we have our friday football frenzy here with beasley, out for the game

lingering between 95, and broomall upper darby, southbound side is wide open for you, though, so that's the good news, take a look at 95, traveling around 476, and delaware county, moving really well. traveling around the airport, however, we are dealing with multi vehicle crash northbound side of 95, right at the onramp here. right around the area of 320. not so much time is needed. let's take a look at the speed censors, you have pocket of westbound volume between city avenue and gladwynn. used to that every morning. where do you drop down. thirty-eight on part. blue route, more so around the saint david's villanova area. around the mid-county toll plaza, just fine, but again, there is the northbound pocket on the blue route coming from 95. and of course drop down to 12 miles per hour, on 95, moving in toward the area of center city out of the northeast, but it is not awful out there. maybe just an extra five, ten minutes would be needed before you leave the house. but it is pretty good. erika? >> we'll take pretty good. thank you. victoria secret coming up fire for new ad, and when they call the perfect body.

>> this advertisement is catching shopper's eyes but not for the reason you think, it is no secret, that victoria secret uses thin models for their campaigns, but, add the words perfect body, and that will stir up the perfect debate. women and men took their opinions to social media. soon, the hashtag, imperfect, started trending. now, there are on line petitions for the company to take its ad down. >> there is a consumer sentiment. and backlash against the line of perfect body. because a lot of women are feeling that this is not representative of their perfect body. >> and, annie is an advertising expert. she says, this casino of criticism from consumers has a silver lining for the company. >> in this instance, it is very interesting, that they've got answer lot of people talking about a bra, that might not otherwise get attention. >> says, there is a reason, why loungerie companies don't use real women as models. >> loungerie in general is

about fantasy. and story telling. >> we spoke with some shoppers, who were outraged over the new ad campaign, saying, there is no such thing as a perfect body. >> we're all different. and that's a goodstein, all unique, that's it. >> i think they should user ray of body types, not just folk just on one size six or size three or size seraglio this could lead to eating disorder. you know? they might look at that and say oh, no, i'm too fat. >> show the positive aspects. not everybody is small, and really shall everyone should appreciate their bod. >> i perfect advice to have the perfect body. in marlton, syma chowdhry, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". now, shortly after that ad campaign started, twitter erupted when people criticizing victoria's secret, all morning long we've been showing you how people in our area are reacting, using the hashtag imperfect, also, some people are wondering, what the fuss is about? let's store things off right here with ed, ed says what's the outrage? this ad looks far less risque than many others i've seen, and victoria secret we're talking about.

franklin bridge. >> friday rush on starting to winds down, vittoria in the house, checking the roads, we'll do traffic and weather together coming up in a fume moments. eric frein heading to a courtroom very soon in northeastern pennsylvania. >> his run from the law ended yesterday evening, 48 days after the ambush of two pennsylvania state troopers. >> this shows frein in a jumpsuit escorted to the state police at the barracks there in grooming believe. joining us outside the pike county courthouse. we see a loft activity, good morning. >> around 8:30 in the morning, eric frein expected to arrive here any minute now. he is scheduled for his arraignment at 9:00ment you can see just how much press is here, waiting for his arrival, waiting to catch him on camera for the very first time. then while we wait, let's get you caught up on what happened overnight. now, frein facing number of charges including murder, and the district attorney says

he's pursuing the death penalty in this case. so after 48 day manhunter i can frein captured last night by us marshals near abandoned airplane hangar in poke no township. officials say he meekly gave himself up around 6:00 last night when law enforcement approached. he knelt, put his hands into the air, officials say he was un arm. now, during the arrest, told frein was handcuffed, with corporal brian dixon's cuffs, taken away in his cruiser, and investigators say frein shot and killed dixon, and seriously injured another pennsylvania state police trooper outside of the blooming grove barracks in early september, during a late night shift change. >> hundredses in law end for. have searched for frein at times closing area schools, cancelling outdoor events, blocking roads, and his capture, bridges relief, to a community that has been on edge, for 17 weeks. >> family of corporal dixon, trooper douglas, the pennsylvania state police, have suffered in unimaginable

overnight. nicole brewer at the scene in cobbs creek with more on how they are doing. >> if you take a look hine me, sort of see there is some activity out in front of the chestnut park amounts, where this fire took place overnight. members from l & i are here on scene, also the fire marshall looking into the cause, but massive inferno overnight here in west philadelphia. >> report of heavy fire on the third floor of this apartment building again 6200 block of chestnut street in west philadelphia. fire crews, of course, their work cut out for them as they work to get the massive flames under control, safely, evacuating between 50 and 60 resident, now the rest of the displaced actually getting help from the yesterday ross this morning, set up temporary shelter inside say err school at 58th and walnut street overnight. >> starting off with the cots, blankets, pillows, any comfort item they need for the

breaking a little bit, which is good sign for us, but you will still have the slow downs, be mine full. we continue taking a look at the vine st. expressway. once you get to the vine st. expressway, trample, from 95, it is a beautiful ride out there. no major delays in either direction. it is really nice, we take a look at the speed censors, for this morning, what we're used to seeing during a rush, we could be looking a whole lot worse. it is not a scary on this hollow win morning. average 95 southbound, through the constructions zones, 22, make your way approaching city avenue out to gladwynn, boulevard shaping up to look nice southbound. twenty-two your average traveling 476 between 95 and making your way out beyond route one. and traveling on the westbound side of the pa turnpike, also dealing with just little bit of traffic approaching mid-county toll plaza, and also, around willow grove. not the entire lent, but specifically around those spots. we also have an accident city avenue at haverford road, be mindful of that. no delays for mass transit. we head back to the desk.
