truck, after the initial impact. the driver that far car was killed. also, new this morning, man is shot and killed in west philadelphia, it happened at 60th and girard avenue, just before midnight. police tell "eyewitness news", the 35 year old man was shot in the chest, the unidentified man was taken to the hospital where he died. there is no word on the shooter at this time. meanwhile, school off initials mercer county, new jersey address parents concerns after a preschooler dice from enterovirus d68. >> the cdc confirms that four year oley lie waller of hamilton township died of this respiratory illness. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live at children's hospital of philadelphia, that's where other patients are currently being treated. jan? >> good morning, that the tasha. yes, three other patient here, at the children's hop of philadelphia, are being treated for enterovirus d678. there is a growing concern in the delaware valley, this morning, especially since that one case of enterovirus in new jersey has now turned deadly.

he's described by his father as a beautiful mix of eager necessary, and hesitance i, need and striving, caution, and surprise. four year old eli's waller's life cut short, died died in his sleep two weeks ago. now reporting he tested positive for enterovirus d68. as this new jersey community continues to mourn his death, the hamilton township school district starts to address the concerns. >> very sadening, and i just want to know, you know, is there a risk of it spreading, how are we going to manage it and contain the situation, because everyone is worried for their children. and that's where we are now with it. >> school and health officials answer those questions, at steinert high school on sunday. nearly 100 parents and community members a $10 the town hall meeting where the school district says it is to has ram up up cleaning at all of the schools even brought in additional staff to do the work. the focus now they say should be on education. since d68 is a virus, and

not testing the child because the likelihood of ebola is solo. meantime new developments in the battle to stop ebola. cameraman is back on us sole after being diagnosed with the virus in liberia. he is being treated right now in a in a nebraska hospital. officials are monitoring ten people in texas, that may have had contact with the only patient diagnosed with the death eason us soil. thomas eric duncan remains in critical condition a week after being place in the isolation. and, health officials say massachusetts doctor, rick sacr a does not have recurrence of ' bowl a he was admitted to the hospital this weekend with a cough and a low grade fever. the cdc says the goal here to stop ebola in its tracks. >> as long as the outbreak is continuing in africa, there is a risk in other places. >> an outbreak anywhere is potentially a threat everywhere. >> officials also monitoring this homeless man who shared

them a letter, and said he is afraid to eye, but if he does, they should take comfort because he went to syria to help others. well, it may be weeks before we know what caused a fire at the flight 93 memorial in shenksville, pennsylvania, but authorities now say it appears to be an accident. the fire ripped through the main complex on friday. but the memorial itself was not damaged. a few priceless items were lost in the flames, including a flag that flew over the us capitol on 9/11. a fender bender on the tarmac at jfk airport in new york, passenger tweeted it picture that far delta plane's banked up tail after a royal jordanian plane rearend philadelphia last night. both planes had just arrived at the airport. everyone safely got off both planes without getting hurt. and, some unbelievable video hereof deadly crash at los angeles donut shop. surveillance video here shows destruction as the driver of silver jeep plows right through the store. one manny think we have a clip of it just sitting at a table,

good morning, everyone, i'm natasha brown. police are investigating a accident that claimed the life after driver early this morning, in gloucester county there is happened about 3:00 this morning near delsea drive, almonesson road westville. car slammed into a tanker truck and was jammed under that truck, up until crews could finally clear the scene. the victim's identity has not yet been released. and now, the eyewitness weather forecast, meteorologist, katie fehlinger, check tracking everything in the weather center. >> not too much to track right now on storm scan3, that the tasha, actually beautiful day unfolding but we will be tracking some wet weather looks like the middle part of the week. we get to it, take you out to storm scan, again, very quiet. see few speckles evergreen that fire up there on the tail end of the loop, and just underneath the wording storm

bridge, jessica joins because check on all of the roads when we do traffic and weather together. right now, concerns rice in mercer county, new jersey after parents learn that a child has died from enterovirus d68. >> officials say safety protocols are being enforced in the hamilton -- hamilton township school district. picking up the story live from children's hospital in philadelphia where three more patients are being treated for that virus, jen, jan, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, there is growing concern with growing number of cases, when it comes to enterovirus d68 as you mention, three more cases, three other children now here at the children's hop of philadelphia being treated for this virus. and now growing concern all throughout the delaware valley because that far little boy who rose endly died in new jersey and the cdc now confirms he had enterovirus d68. this is that little boy. >> all he will henry school in

hamilton township, new jersey, eli died in his sleep nearly two weeks ago now, but the cdc just confirmed few days ago that the child had enterovirus, and just yesterday, parents and community members gathered for a town hall meeting at steinert high school to address their concerns. officials answered questions, about how the school district is handling what's happened. they say they have ramp up cleaning at schools, even brought in extra staff to help sanitize all of the classrooms district wide top to bottom. other than that, health officials say fighting the virus becomes about education, since d68 is virus with no vaccine, health officials say focus now needs to be on prevention. making sure they get to wash their hands more than one time during the day, before lunch, after lunch. >> and, happening later this morning, that superintendent will be speaking with all of the principals to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to stopping the spread of the virus. meantime health officials ask
