welcome back, everybody. what a beautiful shot. a lot more sunshine today than it was yesterday. the temperatures are warming up because of that. we are already up to 81 degrees outside in baltimore. 80 degrees in d.c. 79 right now at the ocean. elsewhere, we are in the 70s. 76 right now in oakland. so here is the situation. very low dew points. very comfortable air on top of us, and the wind out of north bringing in that drier air all because of this storm that passed to the south yesterday and it will stay to the south and we will see the clouds and

showers relieving us and sunshine returning for the afternoon. when we open it up we will show that you there is another storm out there. this front is out to the north and not a whole lot to it. it will move our way tomorrow. we will probably see some clouds build up, and the slightest chance for a late-day shower or thunderstorm. there is a chance, but as you can see not a lot of moisture to work with, and that front is going to get out of here for the middle part of the week. so for a forecast, it works like this, that southern storm that leaves us. the northern one comes in and by wednesday, it already pushes off to our south. here comes another round of refreshing air behind it, so the humidity is going to stay down through the middle part of the week, but after we get rid of all this, there is real heat building over middle of the country and will move our way by the end of the week and we can see the humidity building at that point. the forecast is lining this for today. we are getting to 86 degrees. sunny to partly cloudy. much warmer than it was yesterday when we only got into the 70s and tonight going down to 60 degrees. that thunderstorm shouldn't be on there.
