out to the bridges. bridges are still clear and majors in delaware are accident-free. tracy. this morning the defense presents its case in the trial of the woman accused of kidnapping and raping a 5-year-old philadelphia girl. the defense attorney has not confirmed whether christina regusters will take the stand in her own defense today. nbc 10's katy zachry's live outside the criminal justice center with what her attorney is saying will happen today. katy, tell us more. >> reporter: well, tracy, there is a gag order with this case, so lawyers cannot talk about testimony or specifics of the case, but we have heard from defense attorney fred harrison jr. that he expects to call two to three witnesses to the stand when the defense takes over later this morning. now, for the last 11 days, the prosecution laid out its case. 21-year-old christina regusters, a former child care worker, is accused of kidnapping a young girl from her cobbs creek school in january of 2013. police say regusters walked the victim to her home several blocks away where she kept the victim for nearly 24 hours, raping her.

the 5-year-old's injuries were so bad, she had to have several surgeries after. regusters' dna was found on the victim's t-shirt, but the little girl's dna was never found in regusters' home. the prosecution believes she disposed of an area rug after the crime. regusters' mother spoke to us yesterday as long as we did not show her face, because she says she's receiving death threats. >> i'm hearing all of this, you know, evidence that they have, and i just don't believe it. i don't believe it and i won't believe it. like, the person they're describing, that's not my daughter. >> reporter: and regusters has been in jail for the last 19 months since she was arrested for these crimes. we are hearing from court insiders that closing arguments could begin as early as this afternoon. we will have someone in the courtroom and have the very latest on nbc 10 news at 11:00 and then throughout the day. reporting live outside the criminal justice center, katy zachry, nbc 10 news. at the top of the hour, breaking news.

secretary of state john kerry has arrived in baghdad to meet with iraq's new prime minister. abadi met with cabinet and security officials on his first day of work. he faces the challenge of restoring government authority over large parts of northern iraq that fell into the hands of isis militants. his new government is seen as more inclusive than the former regime. kerry's trip to iraq comes hours before president obama will address the nation on the isis threat and how he plans to deal with it. the president met in the oval office yesterday with house speaker john boehner, house minority leader nancy pelosi, senate majority leader harry reid, and senate minority leader mitch mcconnell. the white house said president obama will go forward without a formal sign-off from lawmakers on a broader military plan against isis. >> the president does not envision a scenario where he would send american combat boots, combat troops to be on the ground in syria. the president also does not envision a scenario where the united states is acting alone to

support these elements of the moderate syrian opposition. >> as the president prepares to make his speech, an nbc news/"wall street journal" poll shows americans are taking the threat from isis militants very seriously. 61% of americans think u.s. military action against isis is in the country's interests. 13% disapprove. but the poll shows people are unhappy with president obama's handling of foreign policy. only 32% approve of the job he's doing in that area. and you can watch the president's address live tonight at 9:00 here on nbc 10, and it will be live streamed on nbc10.com. it is 6:03. happening today in the casino crisis, trump entertainment resorts will have its first hearing on bankruptcy court. the company and its casinos filed bankruptcy protection yesterday, also announced that trump taj mahal will shut down in november. trump plaza's already scheduled to close next week. now, trump taj mahal could be the fifth atlantic city casino to shut down this year. this map shows the impact the

crisis is having on the city. atlantic city started the year with a dozen casinos. the atlantic club shut its doors in january. showboat and revel closed labor day weekend. trump plaza and trump taj mahal are next. now, today the department of labor and workforce development is hosting a career fair for casino workers who are now out of a job. 40 companies will be looking for new employees at the atlantic city convention center. that starts at 10:00 this morning. and you can count on nbc 10 for continuing coverage of the casino crisis on nbc10.com. you'll find in-depth reports on the impact on atlantic city's economy. from our delaware bureau, state police are searching for two kids accused of beating up a boy in a wheelchair. 12-year-old quan mackey is in the wheelchair because of cerebral palsy. police tell us on monday, the two attackers, just about quan's age, shoved his wheelchair into a sewer grate in newark and then roughed him up and stole his keys. quan and his father say the same kids stole the family's cats and bullied quan for months.

>> we've got to stop them before years from now they do something even worse. >> one of the suspects may be identified by a small birthmark on his hand. police have canvassed this neighborhood, notifying residents of the incident. from the nbc 10 south jersey bureau, two suspects are behind bars in burlington county, accused in a violent purse snatching at a popular shopping center last month. joshua mcfarland and misty riddle are in jail on $250,000 bail. nbc 10 first told you about this story last month. police say the pair grabbed a purse from a 75-year-old woman outside the promenade shopping center. the victim broke her hip and her arm. police say they caught the suspects after learning they were arrested for a similar crime in hamilton township. now to chester county, where police are on the hunt for a person who targeted homeowners in a pair of daytime robberies in the same neighborhood. state police say the gunmen hit homes on canterbury court and glen hope road in elk township

last thursday. in one case, they threatened to shoot a 67-year-old man and got away with a rifle and ammunition. good morning. a mild start to your wednesday. temperatures are going to stay below average for us today, but not tomorrow. we have a one-day warm-up where temperatures are going to push into the 80s. we're also tracking the return of storms and a cold front will help drop our temperatures back down. a beautiful shot at the comcast center, by the way, of the sun. and slowly starting to come up. for philadelphia, 68 degrees, just a few clouds. wind speeds out of the northeast at 7 miles per hour. so, it will be nice and comfortable when you head out the door today. a closer look at our temperatures. we're in the 50s in the poconos, 57 degrees. 66 in allentown, mid-60s in trenton, low 60s here at the atlantic city airport, 66 in millville and 67 degrees in wilmington this morning. quiet on our radar. dry conditions expected for us. mostly cloudy skies. and then we'll look far off to

the midwest for our next weather system that is going to affect our weather. so, rain right now coming down in minneapolis, stretching down into chicago and also st. louis as we head into thursday. into your afternoon and evening hours, that's when we'll see a chance for rain and thunderstorms. so, by 2:00 p.m., we're just starting to see the thunderstorm activity push into parts of the poconos, allentown and into reading. closer to 5:00, 6:00, that's when we'll see most of the thunderstorms right along the i-95 corridor, wilmington stretching all the way into philadelphia and trenton, and it will continue to move into south jersey. by 7:00, it looks like we'll see some of the stronger storms here mainly in south jersey, also parts of new castle county and continuing along the shore, 10:00, 11:00. we won't be done with this storm system until after midnight, but by the time we head into friday, because we have a cold front associated with this line of storms that's moving through, we are going to see our temperatures dropping back down. so, tomorrow it will be hot, sticky, and then the rain comes. but by friday, it will be nice once again. for us today, mostly cloudy

skies expected, temperatures range between 77 and 80 degrees. your seven-day forecast shows we warm up tomorrow about ten degrees. then look, we drop right back down another 11 degrees for your friday. heading into the weekend, low to mid-70s on saturday and sunday but a chance of rain on saturday. in her last report, jillian, i saw a lot of volume. i think it was 95 and i think the cause was construction. >> what are you seeing now, jillian? >> actually, just a few minutes ago, i was looking through these cameras and just now found a little volume on 95. a few minutes ago, i think it was 95 near cottman avenue. this is actually 95 right near the philadelphia international airport, the southbound side. and there's actually construction out there still lingering this morning. now, the delay has just started recently because a lot more people are heading out on the roads right now. so, as you can see, 95 southbound is slow moving normally that construction wraps up around 5:00. most of it did. this is the only spot out there.

a 16-year-old boy's in trouble with the law after an incident at a septa train station. officials say the student got into a scuffle with police at the erie-torresdale station monday afternoon, and it's because his trans pass wasn't working, and the 16-year-old jumped a turnstile, climbed on top of a waiting train. and surveillance shows other commuters yelling at him to get down. >> at that point, a westbound train heading back in from center city is pulling into the station. the juvenile then jumps from the eastbound train route to the westbound train route, right where the engineer is. >> the student was finally arrested after he jumped off the train and ran back to the other side of the platform. he now faces charges including assaulting a police officer.

also happening today, the trial begins for a former philadelphia police officer accused of having her teenage son and daughter fight other kids. the charges against tameka gross include child endangerment and corruption. she's also charged with assault stemming from a fight that she allegedly took part in. that happened at lincoln high school in mayfair. she was allegedly captured on video punching a 14-year-old girl her daughter was fighting. gross was fired from the force with police commissioner charles ramsay saying she's paying the price for what he called thuggish behavior. apple fans are finally getting a first look at the company's smartwatch. the company unveiled some of its new products yesterday. the watch is significant for apple because many questioned whether it could still be innovative following the death of co-founder steve jobs. apple also unveiled two new larger iphones and also introduced a system for using the phones to make credit card payments at stores called apple pay. users will swipe their phone, which will be reloaded with the

company's card information. >> in theory, some day you'll be able to leave your credit cards at home. probably it will take a couple years to get there. >> phones go on sale a week from friday, but the watch won't be available until early next year. it is 6:15. preliminaries continue today in the miss america pageant in atlantic city following a scare on the first night. miss rhode island collapsed on stage. ivy depew was taken to the hospital for treatment, but pageant officials say it was just that she got overheated and fainted, but she'll be just fine. meantime, contestants from florida and idaho won the first part of the competition at boardwalk hall last night. earlier in the day, we saw the fancy footwear the contestants will wear in the show us your shoes parade saturday night. and then the new miss america will be crowned sunday night. saw a lot of brake lights on i-95. probably have to leave a little earlier if you're headed that way. >> nbc 10's first alert traffic reporter jillian mele has an update. >> let's talk about mass transit for a minute because we have

information septa officials just tweeted out. septa monorristown lane, delaysp to ten minutes due to signal problems. so you could see a delay on the outbound service, once again, the septa main to norristown line. this is what we were just talking about, 95 at philadelphia international. overnight road work is still out there and it is causing a delay out there for drivers as we do have lane restrictions. it's just in that area, and then 95 southbound right near cottman, we have that normal rush hour volume that we're used to seeing in the 6:00 hour. upper providence, we have an accident egypt road out near route 422. lower frederick township, we're dealing with an accident. gravel pike out near big road. and we still have an accident in west philadelphia, 34th street at powelton avenue. and we have four accidents out there right now. this is the fourth and gloucester city. market street between greenwood avenue and route 130. if you're taking the area, bridges are looking good this morning. no accidents to report on the

majors in delaware. good morning. take a look at this beautiful shot of the comcast center. you can also see the clouds in the background as we head into the rest of the morning. we'll see mostly cloudy skies. temperatures stay below average for us. it will be a nice, mild day. we do see a warming trend as we head into tomorrow and we're also tracking storms heading into your thursday afternoon and evening. for philadelphia right now, 68 degrees, just a few clouds here. humidity's at 65%. wind speeds out of the northeast at 7 miles per hour. and throughout our beach communities, we're at 69 degrees here in lewis, 65 in avalon, 63 degrees in woodbine. coastal flood advisory stays in effect for most of today. we are also dealing with a high rip current risk. be careful if you plan on heading into the water, although we are going to see really great conditions down the shore, mid-70s for our daytime high today. right now we're at 57 degrees in the poconos, 67 in wilmington,

63 in dover. at the atlantic city airport, 61 degrees. quiet on our radar. just clouds, that's all we're dealing with on this wednesday. as we approach tomorrow, big changes on the way. first of all, we're going to warm up, so our temperatures are going to head close to 90 degrees and the high 80s tomorrow. it will feel hot and sticky, just like the middle of summer. then by 3:00 p.m., we track the return of rain. so, a chance of showers as we head into your 3:00 hour for the poconos, allentown, reading. picking up in intensity as this line of storms continues to track to the south and also to the east. so, philadelphia, wilmington, trenton all expected to see moderate, even to heavy rainfall closer to 5:00, and then south jersey by 7:00, we expect to see a good amount of thunderstorm activity, and it is going to continue to approach the shore by 10:00, 11:00. so, we won't be done with all of this rainfall until after midnight. once we get through with all the rainfall, we are going to see clearing and a cold front is associated with all of those storms, so our temperatures will drop right back down into the

70s by friday. for today, 71 degrees in the poconos, 79 in allentown. we'll stay in the high 70s for quakertown, 80 degrees in doylestown today. 79 in northeast philly. right along the shore, mid-70s, nice and comfortable. 80 degrees in vineland and around the philadelphia area. 79 degrees today. your average for this time of year is 81 degrees. so, we are going to go well above the average as we head into thursday. take a look at what happens on friday, 78 degrees. we cool right back down. so, a bit of a yo-yo with our temperatures. heading into saturday-sunday, mid-70s. it's going to be a beautiful weekend with the exception of our chance of rain on saturday. >> all right, brittney, thanks. 6:19 right now. a warning about the use of many commonly prescribed drugs. a new study suggests long-term use of some drugs may be linked to a certain disease. and teachers picket outside one local school, but they say their dispute is not about money.

67 degrees at 6:23 this wednesday morning, as we take a live look at beach avenue down in cape may, new jersey. we're just a few minutes from sunrise, but it's already lighting up the sea. it's going to be a pretty nice day and brittney shipp will tell us all about it in her first alert forecast in just a minute. teachers working without a contract in the delaware county school district want parents to know about the situation and know what it's all about. they picketed outside ridley middle school during a back-to-school night last night. their contract expired june 30th. ridley teachers say their main contract dispute is not about money. they're asking for guaranteed preparation time during the school day. >> what is most important to teachers is what most impacts our daily service to the students. >> if you could get that prep time, would that settle this? >> i think that would be one major step forward, yes, but they won't even talk about it.

>> the ridley school superintendent released a statement saying that the board finds commenting on the negotiations through the media to be counter productive. the easton area school district has finalized its proposal for new safety measures. new digital cameras will replace older vhs cameras on school buses. they also want to build vestibules at schools to send visitors into a reception area before they could get into the school. the new plan will go before the school board in two weeks. a new study suggests long-term use of anxiety and sleep drugs could be linked to alzheimer's disease. researchers found adults who took drugs like valium and xanax for more than three months were 50% more likely to develop the memory-robbing disease. experts say the drugs are effective in treating anxiety and insomnia, but should only be used on a temporary basis. good morning at 6:24. i am following a problem when it comes to septa regional rail lines. right now a delay of up to ten minutes on the septa manayunk

norristown line due to signal problems. initially it started as a 30-minute delay, but it is about 10 minutes now. this construction just cleared off of 95. it was southbound right by the philadelphia international airport. it was out there about an hour and a half longer than scheduled, so it did create a backup, but that is starting to loosen a little bit right now. so, that is a bit of good news. i am following four accidents out there and i'll update you coming up at 6:30. for now, a live look outside, the center city skyline. it's actually looking like a pretty good start, and it's dry out there, which is nice. >> dry but cloudy start to your wednesday. temperatures today staying below average, warming into the high 70s. but as we head into tomorrow, change is on the way. temperatures pushing close to 90 degrees. plus, i'm tracking the return of storms. our average for this time of year 81 degrees. so, we're going well above the average. how long we'll stay there, i'll let you know coming up in my first alert seven-day forecast. and we're continuing to track the fallout from the release of the new ray rice video. jesse gary is covering the story

alert seven-day forecast. we'll check in with jillian for a closer look at traffic. good morning. good morning. starting off with a live look at 76 right near belmont avenue. we have some pockets of volume in both directions. drive times looking pretty good, about 17 minutes between the blue route and vine, both directions. we are following five accidents out there now. this is a new one, 422 eastbound, the on-ramp from royersford, an accident on the ramp. and upper providence, an accident near egypt road near 422. we're also following an accident that's been out there about 35 minutes in lower frederick township, gravel pike near big road. and west philadelphia right now, happening at 34th street and powelton avenue, for drivers in new jersey it, we have an accident in glouchester city, market street between greenwood avenue and 130. becoming a busy morning on the roads. we have accidents in addition to the delay still on septa right now. the manayunk/norristown line has a delay up to ten minutes due to

signal problems. a new jersey prosecutor is facing questions about his handling of the ray rice domestic abuse case. a top lawmaker's calling for an investigation and nbc 10's jesse gary is live at the atlantic county prosecutors office in mays landing. a lot of people are asking why janay palmer rice is still by her husband's side. >> reporter: well, janay rice says she and ray will show the world what true love is, and ray says he's got to be strong for his family. let's take a look at our video. their relationship has been put to the test recently following the release of new video showing the former baltimore ravens running back knocking his then fiancee unconscious with a left hook inside an atlantic city casino elevator last winter. experts say janay rice's decision to stay with her mate could range from financial to family considerations. what has many people puzzled is how the atlantic city prosecutor handled the case back in february. the case was adjudicated, but rice entered a pretrial program that allowed him to avoid jail time and could see his record

will unveil new honors for those who died in the 2001 terror attacks. later this morning, members of the house and senate will unveil three congressional gold medals. the highest civilian honor lawmakers can bestow. they will serve as a remembrance of those killed at the world trade center, the pentagon and shanksville, pennsylvania. tomorrow's annual 9/11 ceremony in new york will be held at the memorial plaza in lower manhattan. the ceremony is private. the plaza and september 11th museum will be closed for most of the day, but it will be open to the public for the first time on the anniversary starting at 6:00 tomorrow night. now to decision 2014. we have the results from yesterday's primary election in delaware. in the republican race for u.s. senate, kevin wade beat carl smink by a large margin. wade will face democratic incumbent chris coons in november november. in the treasurers race, kenneth simpler beat cheryl valenzuela

and will take on democrat shawn barney in the general election. barney ran unopposed after state treasurer chip flowers withdrew from race. from our jersey shore bureau, residents in the cape may community are calling for an action to combat beach erosion. people living in strathmere say the problem has put them on high alert. they say the ocean has been taking over portions of inlet state park and bird sanctuary, and they're afraid strathmere is next. the u.s. army corps of engineers is set to dump sand in the area by late october, but some neighbors say they need a long-term fix. >> the sand will be here and will offer some protection for a little while. but in three, four, five years, they'll be back at it. >> the township officials say the state simply can't afford to build a permanent barrier. good morning. temperatures today expected to

it is 6:42, a live look outside. a pretty nice morning, but we can tell you there are warmer temperatures and rain in the forecast. we'll get the timing from brittney shipp, coming up. officials at the nebraska medical center say a doctor being treated for ebola is improving. they say dr. rick sacra has become more alert and more interactive. meanwhile, a fourth patient arrived at emory university hospital in atlanta. two americans who contracted ebola were treated at emory and recovered. more charges are expected to be filed against a man suspected of killing his five children in south carolina and dumping their bodies on a dirt road in alabama. police picked up timothy ray jones on unrelated charges.

he's in jail in mississippi, where police say he fled after the killings. investigators say jones led them to where he dumped the bodies in alabama. the mother reported the children missing last week. the bodies were found yesterday. the children were between the ages of 1 and 8. in northern california, wildlife crews are setting more traps to try to catch a mountain lion that attacked a 6-year-old boy. it happened on monday while the boy and his parents were hiking. the parents fought off the animal. the boy was treated for bite wounds and scratches. in australia, a man is now explaining what happened when he tried to rescue another man being attacked by a shark. this happened yesterday at a popular beach in byron bay. mark hickey was on the beach when he spotted a man in trouble. hickey said he swam about 60 feet out in the water to try to get the victim, but it was too late to do anything for him. >> i dragged him on to the sand and we then tried to give him cpr, mouth-to-mouth, for about 20 minutes.

he had been attacked in the leg and he had obviously bled to death in the water. >> after the attack, the beach was closed. authorities are trying to determine the size and the species of the shark. well, a couple has quite a story to tell after their van got swept up in raging floodwaters in nevada. take a look at it. you can see it on the left side of your screen. you can see the van being swept away on a highway near las vegas. a police officer and some passing drivers managed to pull the man and woman inside the van to safety. no one was killed in the flooding there. and new video from california. look at this video. no one was hurt when a truck load filled with oranges tipped over near san diego. this is yesterday. thousands of oranges spilled from their bins. police had to shut down the road while crews cleaned up the fruit. now, we know most of you probably can't appreciate this story, but being a burglar can take a lot out of you. check this guy out. police in florida found this man passed out inside of a home, and

that's a bag of jewelry that he just took that's next to him. a woman who entered the home to clean it discovered the suspect sleeping and she called police, and the cops arrived. they took the photo of him there and woke him up and, of course, slapped the cuffs on him. and the man was charged with burglary. well, broadway has paid tribute to joan rivers. shortly before curtain time, theaters dimmed their lights in her honor and people on the street applauded. the legendary comedienne appeared on broadway in the '70s, '80s and '90s and was nominated for a tony award. now, the broadway league initially said that rivers did not meet the criteria for dimming the lights, but the group changed its mind after several theater owners decided to do it on their own. britain's prince harry's known for loving a good party, and the one he threw last night was for a good cause. you're looking at the kickoff party for the annual invictus games, which feature wounded warriors from around the world. some 400 competitors from 13 countries will take part in wheelchair sports and other contests. prince harry's party for the

so, we have a first alert to tell you about. i'll get to that in just a minute, but for philadelphia, temperatures right now at 68 degrees, wind speeds out of the northeast at 7 miles per hour. clear visibility. our temperatures in the poconos on the cooler side at 57 degrees. 66 at allentown, 61 in atlantic city and 63 degrees currently in dover. for wilmington, 67 degrees, and we're in the low 60s in reading. quiet on our radar right now, but we are tracking a system that's moving through the midwest right now. it's bringing rainfall to parts of minneapolis, chicago, stretching down into st. louis. the brunt of this system's going to stay to the north of us, but we are going to see a cold front which will help trigger thunderstorms as we head into tomorrow. so, by 3:00 p.m., the poconos, allentown, reading all expected to see thunderstorm activity. we'll continue to see this line of storms moving through the i-95 corridor. it will transition into south jersey. you can see this is more moderate to even heavy rainfall once we start to see the yellows and oranges here. so, that's right around 7:00. this is going to affect your

an anonymous donor is pledging $10 million to rutgers university to fund cancer research. over the next two years, the money will help advance the treatment of patients with rare and resistant cancers that do not respond to standard therapies. the donation will also increase the number of patients that the rutgers cancer institute can treat in clinical trials. from our delaware bureau, governor jack markell has signed a new law that aims to clear up some confusion surrounding the rights of pregnant women and new mothers in the workplace. it calls on employers to make reasonable accommodations to allow women time to pump breast milk in a private location. last week, we told you about a woman who worked for the state. she filed a complaint after she says her supervisor would not help her find that private place to pump. the bill also states employers should provide reasonable accommodations for pregnant women, including frequent breaks and periodic rest. well, today is the defense's turn in the trial of the woman accused of abducting a

5-year-old from a philadelphia school and sexually assaulting her. nbc 10's katy zachry is live outside of the criminal justice center with what her attorney is saying will happen today. katy? >> reporter: yeah, well, vai, there is a gag order, so lawyers are not able to talk about testimony or court specifics, but we did hear from christina regusters' defense attorney. he isn't saying if he'll call christina regusters to the stand, but he says expect two to three witnesses to be called to the stand when the defense takes over later this morning. for the last 11 days, the prosecution has laid out its case. 21-year-old christina regusters, a former child care worker, is accused of kidnapping a young girl from her cobbs creek home in january of 2013. police say regusters dressed in muslim clothing and walked the victim to her home several miles away where she kept her for nearly 24 hours, raping her. regusters' dna was found on the victim's t-shirt, but the little girl's dny was never found in regusters' home. the prosecution believes that regusters disposed of an area

rug after the crime. the trial is in its third week, and so far, three jurors have been dismissed. reporting live outside the criminal justice center, katy zachry, nbc 10 news. there are new questions this morning about the way the prosecutor handled the case against ray rice following an attack on his future wife that was caught on video. nbc 10's jesse gary is live outside the atlantic county prosecutors office in mays landing. tell us more, jesse. >> reporter: tracy, the president of the new jersey state senate, steven sweeney, wants the attorney general in this state to investigate how the prosecutor in this county handled the case. this is all in lieu of that newly released video. let's look at it. this shows former baltimore ravens running back ray rice throwing a left upper cut and cross to the jaw of his then fiancee, knocking her unconscious inside an atlantic city casino back last winter. the president of the senate calls this video disturbing. he wants the a.g. to take a look

at how and why rice did not serve jail time and the actions that were taken by the county prosecutor. live in mays landing, atlantic county, jesse gary, nbc 10 news. good morning. as we approach 7:00, we have a big problem on the new jersey turnpike. an overturned dump truck right now. i'm just getting information about this in the last few minutes. it's on the new jersey turnpike southbound just as you pass 195, which is exit 7a. the left lane is blocked. we're told that the dump truck actually overturned into the median in that area, but you are going to have the left lane blocked because of emergency response. so, you can expect to see heavy delays starting to build out there on this portion of the new jersey turnpike. that's something we'll continue to keep you updated on throughout the morning. this is 95, southbound side. slow moving at allegheny avenue. you can see your drive times right now. southbound on 95 from woodhaven to the vine, that will take you about 30 minutes. 20 minutes on 76 westbound from the vine to the blue route. similar time frame on the eastbound side of 76. and so far, just the normal congestion on the blue route.
