page. >> baltimore city could be on its way to the financial breakdown. that is according to an associated press report. the report shows the city will accumulate $745 million in budget deficits over the next 10 years. the projected budget shortfall is $2 billion. the mayor said when you have budget after budget and you know there are problems, we have an obligation to do more than we have done in the past before it is too late. >> police trying to figure out what happened that led to a triple stabbing on tuesday.

condition as of last night. police say they have been planning for this parade for the past two weeks. there were a number of plainclothes officers on duty yesterday. sarah sampson, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the michael johnson murder trial continues today. he is accused of killing phylicia barnes. the jury asked to see cell phone video. there was a suggestion he was jealous about the time she spent with others. >> there was an incident yesterday at wilde lake high school. a woman agreed to cut class with deshawn jones.

if those huge automatic spending cuts kick in and the economy slows down, we will all feel the impact. nearly everybody in washington wants to avoid that. the question is how? another day, another dollar, another fiscal fight in washington. the issue is massive spending cuts. it is called sequestration. we're not supposed to get to this point in the first place. >> it was a proposal meant to spur lawmakers into action to come up with a budget that everybody could agree on. >> cuts could still down the economy. pentagon leaders are deeply worried about the impact on the military. if congress cannot cut a big deal -- >> they should pass a smaller

there were a number of plainclothes and uniformed police officers for the festivities. 200,000 people packed downtown baltimore to celebrate the ravens win. a fight broke out around 1:30 tuesday afternoon and the with one man stabbed to death and two others wounded. >> it was an isolated incident. there's nothing to suggest -- >> a group of boys were involved in the fight. they are confident crime camera footage will lead to a suspect. >> homicide detectives are reviewing that footage and we have some optimistic leads.
