was. buildings and lives left in splinters. >> we have seen pictures like this of towns devastated by tornadoes. he never imagined the scope of the damage. >> it started in oklahoma on thursday. it spread east and the destruction group. in north carolina on saturday, 62 tornadoes were reported. at least 22 were killed. the three day total is more than 40 lives across six states. it makes it one of the worst storms in decades. >> some buildings are missing entire floors. people say that they have found a sense that they are the lucky ones. >> some things you can replace. you cannot replace live. >> it is a reminder of just tells precious -- how precious

leaders of the city that they are supported by faith. the royal wedding of the century is less than two weeks away. the guest list includes a 7- year-old disabled girl. they may not be royal, but they are captivating. the sutton family children are named after royalty. the mother applied for special tickets online but did not think anything would come from it. >> i thought nothing of it. a couple of weeks later, we got an email saying we had been selected to go into the special disabled in closure. we were thrilled. hermione already has her outfit picked out for the day. hundreds crowded the park for the annual march for the animals. we will take you to the event next. >> the doppler is showing clear skies in our area.

high pressure. that means higher wind activity. there are sustained winds of up to 26 miles an hour in the state. because of a heavy wind, we are still seeing high wind advisories for the western part of the state. that includes frederick county. the one in carol was lifted a short time ago. temperatures are in the upper 60's. if it was not windy, it would be a delightful day. walking in the sunshine, you will be ok. it will feel 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the shade. it is 66 at the airport. 68 in baltimore. ocean city is 67. they are warm in the far west. frederick is 64. the rest of the evening will be clear. it will be windy.

the wind will be out of the west at 10 to 15 miles an hour. temperatures will be 42 to 49 degrees. you will need a jacket. current conditions are clear. high pressure has moved yesterday's system into the atlantic ocean. there is the cold front associated with it. we are under clear skies. this screen is from the blow off from a short wave system that came over the great lakes. it is nothing to be concerned about. most of the precipitation is not hitting the ground. here's the high pressure influencing our area. this is going to make things nice for the next couple of days. it will give us some chances of thunderstorm activity later tonight -- later tomorrow into tuesday. wednesday will be the best chance to see thunderstorms. tomorrow, we will see cloud cover. these high systems will move through the area.

tuesday we will see if clearing. when this moves through wednesday afternoon and evening, this could bring us the same sort of weather results yesterday. it is something we will monitor. these of the things we start to see in the warmer parts of the year. wednesday will be an interesting day. tomorrow will be delightful. the wind will die down. temperatures will be 64 to 69 degrees. do not be surprised to see 70 in their west of the city. it will be perfect heading into tuesday. do not be afraid of the thunderstorms. it is just a chance. it is under 50%. we're not expecting to see anything. 694 wednesday.
