were arrested in connection with -- in and around all ann arundel countyun al -- the investigation continues about the death of a man in washington state. he was responsible for closing a chaplain was unarmed at the time. officials say that the alleged attacker is serving a life sentence for rape and assault. the search has resumed for an organ boy who disappeared from school seven months ago. teams spent hours looking for him today in two heavily wooded areas. the search has been planned for months, but was delayed by winter weather. he was last seen after being

machines that dispense dvd and books to library members. two men who survived a parking lot roof collapse in massachusetts spoke with the media. there is dramatic surveillance video of the collapse. >> were sitting there drinking coffee and thinking how great life was. >> you can see peter sullivan and cesar humanes sitting in a dark car. seconds later, as one vehicle pulled away, the roof of this garages not trapping the two men inside. >> we heard a couple of loud bangs. we looked up and the whole roof was coming down on top of us. we both conducted down -- we both adopt down -- we both ducked down. >> the 3 ft. of heavy snow had become too much. they called out for help.

coming down to the ground. there is a little freezing drizzle or missed or sprinkles. this is not really the storm coming are a thing like this. it is kind of an anomaly that popped up. i think the most of the moisture is in the clouds. let's take a look at what happened during the day today. 42 degrees was the high at the airport. we got some some this afternoon. it turned out to be a pretty nice day. taze temperatures were fairly close to normal. by the way, we are finally off 41 degrees. it was 42 degrees for several weeks. now it is back up to 42 degrees, progress of some sort, i guess. temperatures have settled in. greetings to our north dropping into the 20's.

we will see -- greetings to our north are dropping into the 20's. we will have a cool night tonight. clouds are drifting in and drifting across the area. the moisture we see is just along a little convergence line. there are no reports of any of this hitting the ground. the real storm and the loaded worcester's down to the south. most of the gulf of mexico -- the storm itself is developing to the west. the key to the whole storm is that it will be centered west of us instead of along the coast. so it will have a different flavor. overnight tonight, we will call a partly cloudy. there will be some breaks in the clouds over night. there will be north wind from 5 miles per hour to 10 miles per hour. those areas that have more clouds will be around that six

degrees reading. there might be a few flurries late in the day. the first elements of the storm will drift northward. here is what we think will happen. this is subject to change as the storm really is not on the map yet. snow and sleet monday night. on tuesday, sleet, freezing rain, and then rain in that order. then freezing rain and rain on tuesday night. temperatures will be hovering around the freezing point. then icing conditions are possible. on wednesday, it should be mostly rain, but there may be ice north of us. it will be cold during the whole time. the warmest it will be wednesday and it will not be that warm. from the plains states to the north face, a band of vice -- to the northeast, a band of ice.

north of that, from kansas to the great lakes, some heavy snow. travel problems are very possible on tuesday and wednesday. detroit, chicago, and kansas city, and dallas-fort worth may be experiencing some pricing issues. this overhead will dissipate. we will cloud up on monday. by monday evening, we will see the first of that moisture. it will be mostly snow and sleet and our area. temperatures will be called in up for that. then it will transition into a rain-sleet mix. by wednesday, it is all rain and it will leave by wednesday evening. that wintry mix kicks in after flurries on monday. it will be windy and cold on wednesday and thursday. there will be rain comeriday.
