continues to leave everyone in the baltimore saying, "why, why, why"? >> does not -- i wish i had a simple explanation. giving away a trip to the afc title game. it started with ignoring the attention to detail that had earned them a 14-point lead in the first place. they fumbled the ball and with fundamentals. they took a leave the arena -- three i.v's. the field had been silence in the first half but then roared back to life with the interception. once the momentum shifted on the field in that city and in the post season, it was too much to overcome. the ravens needed to find a way to play that game at home, when and earn a bye. rainless result -- refused to embrace that feeling standing

>> tonight, we will take them look at the road to pittsburgh, highlights from this season, and that is from tonight's final raven's wrapup." 48-year-old anthony hicks day of northwest baltimore was arrested on a rape, child abuse, and other sexual assault charges. he allegedly raped a 50-year-old girl who was a client -- a 15- year-old girl where he was a mentor. he was released on $175,000 bail. a call has not been returned. two 16-year-old boys charged as adults in laurel. kenya police say daivon nixon and darrell wilson worm arrested last night. they approached and 80 and 20- year-old having car trouble. they displayed a knife and robbed them. one of the victims was also hit with what appears to be a taser.

the search for two other suspects continues. all lanes of interstate 70 are open. that was not the case this morning. a truck carrying fuel flipped over. two people were taken to a local hospital. this happened at 9:40 at exit 68. both sides of 70 were shut down to clear the track. there are no reports of a fuel spill. will the partisan warfare in the washington resume as the house tries to repeal health care reform? in the wake of the shooting spree in tucson, and both parties have claimed to tone down rhetoric. they say they are willing to go beyond the talking literally come together for the sake of the nation. brian mooar has the story from washington. >> after the tragedy in tucson, washington lawmakers vowed to tone down their words. this week, we will test that truth as house republicans tried to repeal health care reform. >> i think you will see a more civil debate and you would have

otherwise. i am not sure if the substance of the debate will change. >> washington put business as usual on hold as the nation struggle to make sense of the massacre. congresswoman gabrielle giffords has come to represent the legislative idea of putting people above the party. of those killed, christina green, the littlest victims, said the highest bar. >> i want our democracy to be as good as christina imagined it. >> this is just the first of many fights ahead. lawmakers are pledging civility. >> we have vast differences in how we believe what would be the best course of our country, but i believe that questioning motives should be set aside. >> senator tom coburn and senator chuck schumer are among those promising to cross party lines at the state of the union to stick -- to sit together. >> we hope many others will follow us. >> a symbol, perhaps, but a

>> despite ousting their leader, tunisia struggles to get order. the chief of presidential security has been arrested along with his deputy on murder charges among others. armed men patrol the streets to protect against looters and attackers. thousands of people in brazil are finally receiving aid. rain had been coming down for days, grounding rescue helicopters. earlier today, the rain had led up giving them a window to deliver food and water to remote areas buried by mudslides. at the 626 people dead. brazilian officials fear the number will dramatically rise. more than 47 dead in the philippines after a monsoon triggered rains, flooding, and landslides. more than 1.5 million people

affected and four people still missing. 500 homes destroyed and nearly 2000 damaged. >> york 11 insta-weather + forecast with meteorologist john collins. >> a really quiet whether day. a little on the cold side with lots of sunshine. it was unbearable. a few clouds out to the west with very little snow. by tomorrow evening, on the radar and satellite will be a lot busier with more things going on. let's see what happened during the day. we only made it to 40 degrees at the airport. pretty close to normal which was 41. 32 and 33 were the morning low temperatures. we may be chillier than that overnight. this may not be the final word. here the current temperatures. annapolis 32. 38 cambridge. parton 25. westminster and frederick 28. down in the teens in western

maryland. we will start to get cloudy overnight which will set the stage for a new storm coming our way. the past couple have come out of the northwest and out of canada. this one is it coming partially from the gulf coast region. there is another element of the storm which will be coming out of the northern plains. that is the cold part. they will kind of come together here and there will be a coastal element. we are always leery about that kind of weather. 24 hours from now, things could start to get dicey. the worst time will probably be tuesday morning. for tonight, clear early, clouds developing overnight before daybreak. north, northeast winds 3-7. 20-24 for the overnight lows. during the day on monday, cloudy and cold, a chance for evening flurries. right now we look drive but we could get a flurry around sunset

or so. most of the day looks quiet. 30-34 for the high. it will be color because of the eastern wind and the cloud that we are expecting. monday, east wind with 1 foot chop and water temperatures in the low to mid 30's. with the east wind, there may be an early development of a frozen precipitation in the mountains to the west of the potomac river. we will stick with cloudy skies on monday, but by monday evening we will begin to see a little windstream? as we get deeper into the overnight hours monday and tuesday. -- we could begin to see a little wintery mix. during the day, temperatures will warm up enough so it will be on-again, off-again rainshowers which will continue into early wednesday before it comes out of the picture. a little bit of everything over

team on game day that gets to advance. >> i just think that as long as the ravens and the steelers are in the same division, we will have these kinds of games. the games -- the teams are similar. >> they capitalized and made the best of the second half. we played great the first, the second was just -- for whatever reason we let the game get away from us. >> we will get a whole lot deeper on the season tonight on the "ravens wrapup." we will look at the ravens and what they need to do to get to the playoffs next year. 11:20 p.m. tonight. to make matters worse, the jets continue to give the patriots fits in the other half of the afc divisional round. if the jets win, it would have meant an afc title game here in baltimore. in the third quarter, the jets have a 14-3 lead in new england.

in chicago, the bears are trying to avoid the 8-9 seahawks. going deep is olson, 58 yards for the touchdown. seven-zero is your score. really not known for running, but he is tough. he gets to the corner with a nine-yard score. 28-0. they are putting it away. 31. davis is in and he throws it down. seahawks and get the traction and still lose by 11. fired by the browns as the defense of coordinator. just as the harbaugh brothers will square off in the 2011 season, a family reunion for the ryan's as well.
