95. 56 on the north side. 50 on the west side. this is the accident scene on the inner loop of the key bridge. it is completely jammed approaching that scene. state to the left but watch those delays. you might want to consider the harbor tunnel or fort mchenry as an alternate. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> our big story, it was expected to be one of the fiercest battles of the election season. >> the votes were counted late into the night. with 100% of the vote in, it appears patricia jessamy will lose. jennifer franciotti is live at mitchell courthouse with more on the story. >> those votes were counted well into the night and into the

early morning hours. unofficially the votes came in votes1:45 am. it looks like with all precincts reporting, greg bernstein has 49% of the vote. gregg bernstein leads by 1421 votes. early on, patricia jessamy supporters tuesday evening were keeping a positive attitude about the race. the race swung back and forth. when she showed up to thank everyone, she said she was feeling pretty confident about the race. the bernstein campaign was enthusiastic and costcautiously optimistic about the results. many took the day off to support bernstein. bernstein talked a little bit

about why he was able to make such headway in such a short time leading up to the election. >> it gets to the level of frustration people were feeling about living in one of america's most dangerous cities. i do not know if it is a question of what patricia jessamy did or did not do. it was pants up frustration. >> bernstein did when the primary for city-state's attorney position. he told 11 news he did not have any plans for today pending the outcome of the election. we'll see how the day unfolds before hearing from bernstein himself. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the vote is still out as to see who will win another position. as you can see, kevin kamenetz is leading with 52% of the

lead. jennifer franciotti is live with more on the story. good morning. >> patricia jessamy and gregg bernstein battled back and forth. let's take a look at the numbers. with all 290 precincts reporting, it looks like bernstein has 49% of the vote to jessamy's 47%. supporters or in a good mood early tuesday evening. they were celebrating the woman and her career. many here were hopeful the city state's attorney would get another term. jessamy was optimistic. >> it has been a pleasure. i am very happy, very confident. >> supporters of gregg bernstein rallied to watch the returns. many work workers who spent the day at the precinct. lawyers, france, and police

officers who took the day off to support bernstein. he talked about how his campaign was able to gain some much traction in a short period of time. >> i think what made this race became such a focal point was it tapped into the level of frustration that people were feeling about living in one of america's most dangerous cities. i don't know if it's a question of what patricia jessamy did or did not go. it is frustration with crime in this city. public safety is an important right. after 15 years, the people of baltimore would like to see change. >> bernstein emerges with a lead of 1421 votes. this race would be important to jessamy in terms of voter turnout. there was a low turnout of 13.6%. reporting live , jennifer

office. jennifer franciotti joins us live from mitchell courthouse to explain. >> the race has not been called, but let's look at the numbers. with all 290 precincts reporting in, it looks like gregg bernstein leads the race with 1004 -- 21 votes over patricia jessamy. that is 49that to hurt 47%. supporters were feeling pretty good and keeping positive about the race. when the city state's attorney showed up, she said she was feeling confident. the bernstein campaign was cautiously optimistic about the election results. many supporters spent the day at the precinct. many police officers who had taken the day off to support bernstein. this was the democratic primary.
