is closed between kings highway and month see road. you're going to have to use an alternate here as well, reese ville road will be your best bet. rahel, jim, back to you. >> meisha, thank you. blistering colds night for customers still without power in delaware count. >> i trang do live in havertown where last fright's nor'easter left behind lots of damage. good morning again, trang. >> hey, good morning, jim, rahel. yes, residents going into their fourth day without power here. crews extremely busy, and this site things like this, tree across the roadway, pretty common site in neighborhoods here in havertown. this is glendale road and colonial drive. more than 2,000 customers are still without power here just in haverford township, across delaware county, that number is at more than 20,000 people. now, county officials declared disaster emergency saturday, due to the widespread power outages and trees brought down by friday's snow, winnie nor'easter, delaware county among the hardest hit areas, and has asked for the governor

's help in the clean up and restoration efforts. peco crews have been working around the clock to get power back on, but county leaders admit it could be wednesday or even thursday before power is restored to all homes here. >> peco is working very hard to address this issue. their big focus right now is some of the largest issues, martins run an area for senior living where they don't have power. so there is a lot of effort being made thereto restore their power. our biggest priority is our most vulnerable citizens, so please check on your neighbors , check on your elderly neighbors. >> and with the power being out, obviously, some traffic lights remain out. we're told there will be state police directing traffic at certain intersections, if their power is not restored by the evening rush hour. but for now, liver in havertown, trang do, cbs-3, " eyewitness news," rahel, jim, back to you. >> trang, thank you. >> after the nor'easter forced delays and concellations, amtrak back to normal this morning, amtrak officials say all of the scheduled trains,

we have a lot of 20's, 30's, out there. let how you some of those numbers across the region. frank in nottingham says right around 27 degrees. in his backyard. eileen in gilbertsville around 29. so upper 20's, for mark in new jersey, and saylorsburg in pennsylvania says it is 24 degrees where we lives, barbara in willow grove at 29 picture, temperatures in the 20's, 30's, out there. still, feels even colder when you factor in the wind. so zooming in you little close they are told -- philadelphia, let's talk more temperatures, 29 in pottstown, 29 west chester, 31 degrees in media, waking up 30 degrees and month holly 30 degrees. eels even coal her you factor in the wind. we have wind out of the north in northwest, about 14 miles per hour in philadelphia. we could see wind gusting to around 20 miles per hour today so that's going to make for windchills in the three's, for much of the day. even into the low 40's, even though forecasting high temperature right there around 48 degrees. so for the ride to school,

looking at low 30's, lunch, recess, 42 degrees, then 48 for the ride home. but tons of sunshine across the board, you will need the shades out there today, won't be able to say the same for the entire day on tuesday, as is we will see increasing clouds. but storm scan3 shows we're very quiet across the delaware vale. as i zoom out, see the system kind of taking shape, out to the west, it is cents bringing tons of rain to places like memphis right now. also, into portions every illinois looking at western illinois, some extremely heavy downpours, even some snow. but this system will be transferring some energy off the coast and that's what's going to create our coastal storm that we deal with tuesday into wednesday. we already have winter storm watches that have been posted for areas north and west of trenton and philadelphia. so, that doses include berks county, lehigh valley, poconos , allentown, reading, mount pocono, all of you guys included on this. and i do thha head into the next 24 hours, we will see more winter alerts being issued. so keep an eye on that for

sure. looking at future weather, now rather quiet, as we head throughout the day today. and much of the day on tuesday then look what happens by tuesday night. we start to see some rain-snow mix beginning to develop right along the i95 corridor. point north and west, dealing with all snow. while places cents south and east, the jersey shore, shore points, delaware, dealing with plane old rain. that will be kind of the similar situation as we head into wednesday morning. as i fast cents forward, we move into wednesday afternoon, and wednesday night, some colder air starts to work it way into the picture. this is actually when we could get some heavier snow fall in locations, and where we see the bulk of the intensity with the storm as we head into wednesday evening, wednesday night, and that's when we could get some heavy snowfall totals as well. again, still so many things that we are ironing out with this system, and it does look like by thursday things will be quieting down quite a bit. so the best chance for snow, that's going to be points north and west, rain to snow with some accumulation right along i-95. then mainly rain is some snow
