you will have to use an alternate. route 73, new jersey turnpike southbound, near burlington mt. holly, right lane compromised there, rahel, over to you. >> meisha, thank you. we begin this morning with breaking news, fhurt we battlinn bucks count. >> i anita o live in feasterville to bring us up-to-date. good morning, anita. >> good morning, still very active scene out here, after a fire broke out just before 3:00 this morning. this is on henry avenue off of bridge town pike here in fees ill err ville in bucks county. firefighters riched here about 75 personnel, fire marshall bill says a firefighter did fall from the second floor down through to the first floor after battling these flames. right now it is under control. they are working to put out hot spots now. and luckily, the fire marshall says no one was inch inside this home at the time. >> we have one firefighter

giant tree, that is stilln here at glendale road and colonial drive. now, more than 2,000 customers still without power. you can also see why here. the street is right over these powers lines. this is going into the fourth straight day for these folks in this community, across delaware county, that number of people without power is at more than 20,000. now, county officials declared disaster emergency on saturday , due to the widespread power outages and trees brought down by friday's snowy and windy nor'easter. delaware county among the hardest hit areas and has asked the this clean up and restoration effort. now, peco crews have been working around the clock to get the power back on, the county leaders admit it could be wednesday or even thursday, before power is restored to all homes here. >> peco is working very authorities address this issue their bigight now some of the largest iue martins run is an area for senior living where they don't have power. so there is a lot of effort

scattered outages for pseg and well. >> service this morning, rail light northeast corridor will resume regular schedule. three days after the nor'easter forced delays and concellations. service came to halt on friday afternoon during the height of the storm. then, resumed on modified schedule. amtrak officials say all of the scheduled ruled trains between bosses ton and washington dc will operate starting today, amtrak keystone service which runs to and from new york, philadelphia, and harrisburg, will also operate on it full schedule. >> septa is also resuming service this morning, the chestnut hill east and west trenton regional rail lines will resume for the start of service today. the norristown high-speed line will resume but with delays, septa encouraging riders to check it website for update. >> fight leads to two men being shot in philadelphia's lawncrest section, all happened outside the sears store at whitaker and the boulevard just before 11:00 last night, the 18 year old and 23 year old man both in critical condition. so far no arrests cents. >> and new this morning, bullet goes cents through

southwest philadelphia apartment and hits a woman. it happened on the 7100 block of brant place around 12:30 a.m. this morning. police say 79 year old woman was lying in her bed when the bullet came through her first floor window. it hit her in the right knee. >> now, we don't know why a bullet came through this window. we don't know if it was a stray bullet or if they were intentionally firing into the bedroom. that we don't know at this time. >> the woman is in stable condition, her 38 year olson who also lives in the apartment was not hurt. and an investigation is underway after a domestic disturbance led to police involved shooting in montgomery county. officers responded to the 800 block of jenkintown road in abington yesterday afternoon. after a person with stab wounds ran from a home to a firehouse across the street. an officer forced his way into the home because there were other victims inside. the officer then shot the suspect when he failed to comply with his commands. >> two brothers accused of murdering a philadelphia police officer's three years ago wiay.
